The guy at the drive thru today was so rude. He didn't say a word and just gave me that look like why am I bothering him by ordering anything.He grabbed my card, rung me up and gave back my card so rudely. Then closed the drive thru window still looking at me with that look like "gtf out of here."Dude...if you hate your job so much then just quit already. No need to give that kind of attitude to your customers. It's not like you were giving out freebies or anything. People are paying you. Dang.All the dk stores in the area...for sure I'm not coming back to this one if thats the kind of customer service you offer. Just wow!
Go to Bolingbrook Drive or Woodridge instead! This location constantly gets orders wrong! Today 3 Equals (artificial sweetener) magically made it into my coffee, and there was sausage in my sandwich when i ordered egg and cheese. Please listen carefully and repeat the order. Previously my hot chocolate was like brown water and my potatoes were burnt. I live a few minutes from this location but take the drive to the restaurant on Bolingbrook Drive or to the one next to CVS in Woodridge. My daughter was pressed for time and went to this location. Definitely not worth it since she had to go back and fix my order. The owners need to pay their staff better or sell to someone who knows how to run a business!
Guy taking orders has a horrible attitude. He should be in the back away from people so he doesn't have to use his communication skills. Guy who gave the food and drinks with the tattoos is awesome though.
First, The workers forgot my friends order and made us wait for 15 minutes before we had to remind them about it. Bad service and the attitude portrayed towards us by one of the workers was disgusting and disrespectful. The one worker started fighting with a sweet worker and proceeded to take her anger out on our food by slamming it down on the counter and yelling when it was done. The lobby and drive-thru were both empty and yet me and my 2 friends found ourselves walking out with our orders after 30 minutes of waiting at the tables inside. The food was pretty much cold when we got home, this place needs new workers ASAP. I would give this place 0 stars if I could but that is not an option. Do not come here, I do not recommend it.
Had to wait 20 minutes to order, waited an extra 10 at the window, because not one out of 6 people seemed to notice me, to be given a melted iced coffee and the wrong food. If I could give zero stars I would. Don't waste your time here, they'll take it.
Always been a hit or miss here. Just be wary of ordering anything with skim milk at this location. They must not use it often because they put skim milk in my drink that went sour. It tasted and even smelled rancid. They remade my drink for me with regular milk, but I'm not sure I feel safe ever coming back to this location if these are their standards. Something like that could put a person in the hospital.
Very nice young waited on me at the drive thru window, polite and friendly. Order was perfect. Donuts don't seem to be as fresh as they used to be.
Non Stop issues at this location. Lots of attitude from works. They have difficulty understanding simple orders. Sometimes they have maybe 4 or 5 workers in front and only one will be doing work. If you go inside be prepared to wait too long because they only focus on drie thru.
"I can take my money elsewhere!" I visited there this morning after 9am. There was no one in the lobby so I knew it would be a quick visit. 7 crew members were behind the counter as I stood there. 1 or 2 members looked at me, but said nothing. My wife, my son and I have lived in this community for over 20 years. I am an ordained minister of the gospel, but I did not have my clergy collar on today. NO ONE greeted me as I stood there for about 3 minutes. I couldn't believe that out of 7 crew members, no one could even greet me. I finally turned around and headed towards the door, when someone finally said excuse me, can i help you. I said to them, nevermind you guys are way too busy, but thank you.
My sweet tea was a 8/10, drive thru lady rushed me. cut me off from speaking , and had a unnecessary attitude. mhm
