If you’re a person who goes through the drive-thru, it might be better if you parked and went inside at this one. Disgusting location- papers everywhere donuts unfilled and paper hanging off the wall. The workers are mostly teenagers and don’t understand customer service. I requested, no demanded, a refund after receiving only sausage and a tortilla when I ordered a regular sausage wrap. I have to going inside to ask them to fix it they debated for over three minutes on what they believe they heard and then try to slap some cheese and an egg on what I had given them back. Get Jena (pronounced like Gina) from the store on 53 near lily cache. ONLY THEN would it be worth going. Save your money and your sanity.
We see Caroline everyday and she always has a huge smile and a warm welcoming we love getting our morning munchies with her even when we are late for work we see her first

The staff here is absolutely wonderful - I stop here at least five times a week before work. The staff is super nice, and even knew my order as soon as I pulled up this afternoon! This will always be my Dunkin home! Cudos to the staff for the care they take making my breakfast and coffee each day - it never comes out wrong!
Rude & more rude! I asked for one type of sandwich because they didn’t have it listed on the menu. Obviously I know how to read. He responded yes then proceeded to confirm something different. He gets mad at me when I get to the window, after I corrected him and fixes the order but then blames me for his mistake. I said thank you politely to getting me what I requested and he proceeds to come back to argue. At this point this is the second time I’ve gone to this location and they were RUDE! It’s been like a year since my 1st encounter, but they won’t receive another cent from me. PERIOD! The only reason I give 1 star bc at least he gave me my meal although he basically threw it at me without even a thank you! F- DUNKIN DONUTS!Shut this DD DOWN PLEASE!!
Stale donuts. Shoved into a bag. Icing all over the inside of the bag. No wrap or anything. Just shoved stale, chocolate iced doughnuts of into one bag. Idiots!
One thing I dislike about this dunkin is i place and order ahead especially on those 100 bonus days of ordering ahead and I get there my order isn’t done it constantly happens the paper is just sitting out the machine it’s just an iced coffee which I sometimes even place 15 min ahead then what’s the point
I consistently am getting ripped off by this place and so are you. The difference between each size and going bigger is only a few ounces. This place charged me substantially more a box their holiday blend by $6 when even their advertisement says otherwise and even on the app! They also consistently daily short my drink by many ounces! I’m done with this place.. the employees are obviously miserable which is not how anyone should start their day getting ripped off and dealing with attitude. Drive an extra half a mile and go to Starbucks atleast if you’re going to pay $$$ for a coffee you can be greeted with smiles and a little more respect and get what you pay for. Our egg and cheese sandwiches were horribly mangled to the point they were inedible. We were shocked to find the melted cheese stuck to the paper bag because nothing was put there to protect it. Complete incompetence. See photo. Never going here again.
