Staff was slow and spent more time talking to each other rather than getting orders out. I asked for extra cold foam and she charged 70 cent extra for foam.
This is one of my favorite Dunkin’s. They are so nice and always get my order right. They are fast, and I never have to wait long in the drive-thru no matter how long the line is. The only thing that I would fix, and I’m not sure they can even control, is the way their parking lot is, makes lining up for the drive-thru difficult.
This location has always sucked..But come on. Aside from the flipped donut. The 2 large iced lattes that i payed as much as i would have at starbucks, are chalky and just not good. U have to pay extra for whip cream on the lattes now which I know for a fact is new. And got charged for it without even being asked. Just horrible and disappointing. Such a huge waste of time and money.
Ordered decaf hot coffee and the sticker came out saying had caffeine regular one so I asked girl if it was decaf and to ask who made it she would not. She said that was only what said on ticket. Then looked at recite and said same thing so I am out of money and not drinking it. Not happy.
Void this location. Especially at night. Gave her $20 she gave me $9 and some change back from two donuts. Didn’t notice until the morning when I was cleaning my pockets. So she literally tipped herself. Trash. Plus muffins are never fresh always taste old and crumble every time.
The lobby was locked around 6 PM and no signage indicating hours. Then I ordered a medium coffee in the drive thru but was given, and charged for, a large.
Bacon practically raw. Didn’t follow order directions. Muffin cold and crumbly. Donut dense and hard-old tasting. If you’re hungry don’t waste time here, better off with a pop tart or oatmeal
Second time this wee I have gone to this location and the standard cold brew tasted beyond disgusting. I contacted the first time and spoke with a woman named Gina and she said to come in and get item replaced. When I went in the staff was unhelpful with my request for replacement. Definitely not happy with the service and quality of this specific product here also definitely disappointing I chose to spend my money at this location.
