Over 2 hr wait for Domino pizza,what a joke.Can only believe this loction is inept top to bottom.Lesson learned.
Excellent pizza. I was late to return from Ikea and ordered pizza from this store. It was surprisingly more tasty and fresh than I am used to from Dominoes.
This is the most useless dominos location on earth. Never has online ordering available and if it is available good luck the employees just cancel the order after 15 mins after ordering. Have not been able to order from here for over a year without a cancellation or it being unavailable flat out. Management franchise owner whatever this is owned by you are doing one horrible job.
The woman I dealt with good night spell frontage road how do you spell it three times and give the ZIP Code to Bolingbrook Illinois twice and told her three times that I was in a hotel best western plus I couldn’t get it straight worst experience ever made me totally upset told him that it made me not wanna eat their food hope they choke on it
LOOOOK HERE!!! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!! If I could leave a review of zero stars, I absolutely would. 8:28 pm on Saturday 01/22/22, I placed an order by calling the restaurant. They took my name, phone number, order and card payment. I asked for a receipt and was told it’ll be given when the pizza arrives. My response to that was “no ma’am, I need a receipt for the charging of my card. May you text or email it”. I was advised to hold on while they checked, but the rep hung up. Ok cool, someone then called my phone to advise that they were no longer taking delivery order and that my payment will be returned in 3-5 business days… what in the lord faquard? I advised that It was their responsibility to advise that before they took my order and card details, the rep whose name I think was Caitlyn, I forgot because they made me that upset, advised that maybe it was a call center person who took the order… THE LIES, lol. So then I say no, and ask again about the payment that was taken, knowing hey couldn’t and wouldn’t do the job, they advised the same, 3-5 days. We have a party going over here with a bunch of children /9 I said, “let me see if someone can pick it up and I’ll call back”, the person said ok. I found someone to pick up the order and called back, however, I was advised that no orders were being taken or prepared. When I say this location is ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNTRAINED, I MEAN IT. There is no amount of COVID that would make this acceptable (I say that because maybe they have high turnover rates). Long story short, I wish I would’ve read the reviews. You won’t get me again.
I went yesterday to pick up my order noticed all the employees with NO Gloves, mask an hair nets!! Disgusting. this was around 4pm I can’t believe those place is still open! I would not recommend, if I can give 0 stars.

I’m sitting here trying to figure out why your online ordering isn’t working and now I was gonna drive to the store and call in my order and the machine said you guys were closed? What’s going on cause it says you guys are open.
Just got home from there....not the best experience. The cook was not wearing a mask, no one was wearing any gloves while handling food....oh and our pizza was not cut....at all. I only went to this location because my normal location decided to close early. Will not make the mistake of going here again. I hope no one else does either, if you do, please be careful.
