Great as always. May 2022 new owners? A tad disorganized. I tried the ribs-sweer bbq sauce n wings- bufflo hot for the first time. Delicious .
Terrible customer service and food was subpar. I ordered curbside pickup and they didn't tell me they were out of the side I ordered. They just replaced it with a random side without telling me and got an attitude when I called back and said that my order was incorrect. No accountability or anything. Didn't even offer to credit me for the cost of the side that was missing, literally acted like he was annoyed at me for asking why my order was incorrect. Brisket was extremely dry. I ended up giving it to my dog. Ribs were better. Definitely will not go back when there are barbeque places nearby with better service and better food
We got The beef brisket with sides of Mac n cheese and coleslaw.The brisket was too raw . The coleslaw needed more cream . It was like dry vegetables . The mac n cheese was good.
The owner and staff here are simply fantastic … kind … personable. Their chicken Is the best … moist and very tasty. Enjoyed mr conversation with Steve and I’m definitely going back.
Before I start, I ordered through Grubhub, and I know they can often be at fault and a not so good middle man in food deliveries. But the driver was very prompt, on time (early actually), handled the delivery well - the issue is 110% the restaurants fault. For starters, I’m missing half my sides. (Multiple sides of Mac and cheese, a blondie cookie) i ordered queso, they were apparently out and decided (without contacting me or GH or anything) to just replace it with a spinach dip. I ordered 3 plates of meat - ALL dry and cold! Worst of all is the saddest grilled cheese I’ve ever seen. I ordered two grilled cheeses for my kids, the bread was barely even toasted, and they literally just slapped a few pieces of cold cheese on there. I had to grill it myself. Out of a $83 dinner order, literally only $7 of it was good - the fries and the onion tanglers. What a disappointment - we will definitely not be coming back here.

Dickey’s is fabulous. We usually go to the one in Indiana for my dads birthday but we came here this time and loved it!
I'm disappointed. I've had Dickys before at the Danada location (no longer there) and this one and the food has been decent. Haven't been in several months and this experience was disastrous at best. I had the brisket and it was dried out and colorless, it was like an overcooked roast that had been left out in the sun. The ribs were just as bad, dried out and tasteless as if they had been sitting under a heat lamp all day. The store was empty at dinner hour and most of the chairs were on the tables and the few tables that were open were dirty, covered in crumbs, salt, and dried caked on sauce. They certainly weren't too busy to clean the tables seeing as the place was empty. The icing on the cake? No soap in the restroom, the dispensers were empty. Kinda makes me wonder if the employees were even washing their hands after using them. Only thing good were the drinks but its kind of hard to mess up lemonade.
So order 2 3 meat plates through uber eats, mistake number 1! 2nd missing sides for one of the meals. 3rd, this is the driest BBQ I've eaten the ribs tasted like they were reheated from yesterday. Chicken chewy and brisket inedible! Won't eat at Dickys again. At least not in Illinois. May try once I'm back in Texas but won't guarantee that!
Ordered UberEats. They got my entire order wrong. I ordered the Westerner sandwich with sliced brisket and chicken breast and they gave me pulled pork and Jalapeño cheddar kielbasa instead. I could understand if they don't have certain items but please do not substitute them with other items in case people have allergies. They also didn't provide the 2nd bbq sauce or salad dressing for the side salad. This is my 2nd time I had an order wrong from their restaurant. Will not be getting food from here again!
