My experience doesn’t even deserve a star.I went in at 9:54 with friends and the workers refused to serve me saying that everything was cleaned up! They told me I could only get a cone but my friends and I were very confused seeing the workers joke about their comments they made. I would recommend Grocery Store Ice Cream over this service.
Some of the employees are super rude the 1st gentleman I had was super nice and Accommodating. The 2nd time I went I ordered the exact same thing and these 2 employees a middle aged male and woman were super rude to me and argumentative with me over strawberries. I asked for a side cup of them. That the guy I had last time let me get a Sunday cup of them. They told me no they couldn't do that and told me I could only get this tiny side cup. I said ok thinking they'd atleast fill it for me. But nope they barely filled it half way. I was willing to pay more for them but buying a pint of ice cream I would of liked a little more and a little less attitude. I'll go to a different location next time to get what I want
My first and last trip to this place was yesterday. First of all, they have written on the door that masks are required but none of the employees were wearing masks. One of employees' friend came in to order and they were shaking hands. No one washed hands after that, and no one was wearing any gloves. That is disgusting.I ordered a chocolate shake that was so white that it looked like vanilla shake. I went inside and asked if this is made with just vanilla ice cream. I paid again for chocolate shake and asked to make with chocolate ice cream and left vanilla shake there.No one even had courtesy to exchange the shake.
Clean atmosphere with attentive employees. The ice cream taste so fresh.

I lost count of how many nights this place lost our business to Oberweis and Andy’s because they close at 8. Very nice people that work here but we unfortunately hardly get there before 8.Highly suggest they consider saying open later at least on key nights. Ball games get out late, etc.

100% recommend this location! We came right after 8 not realizing they close at 8. They were so so sweet and reopened for a moment for us to order. There are good people in this world! Thank you to both of the workers! You made my child’s night!
