The young boys working there made us really uncomfortable. They were circling our table and kept "cleaning" (even though no one had sat at them and they werent dirty) the tables around the table my friend and I sat at. I dont really know what they were doing but they like stayed in our personal space and in the future I will just stick to the drive thru.
I ordered at the drive thru. I was told to pull up for my order. When my order was brought out there was ice cream all over the cup but no napkins. I asked for napkins and told I would have to wait for them to be brought out. After waiting I decided to go in. I asked for a manager. I was referred to as a uh, this uh wants a manager. The manager came and offered to remake the ice cream. I told him the issue was how messy it was and that there were no napkins.I placed a call to Corporate as it was very upsetting. Someone called this morning to speak to me. After speaking to me I was thanked for letting her know what happened. She felt that this would be a coaching opportunity. She said she hoped this wouldn't be my last visit. I told her the way I feel now was not favorable and sure it would be my last. Lastly she said I shouldn't let one person change my opinion then thanked me and hung up.I won't be back.
Employees were yelling at eachother and using foul language. My 9 year old daughter was scared. Lost my business, and it was our 1st time there
Walked in waited 10 minutes to get out order taken... Walked out. Turns out the manager is just as ghetto as the lil girl clapping her hands to tell the manager her story... Swearing and cussing... Great service for kids... No thanks
It was out 1st time there. the manager on duty, was yelling and cussing at the employees. We had our 9 year old daughter with us and she was scared so we left.
Stopped here pretty late after work. I always feel bad going anywhere within 30 minutes of close (as anybody who’s worked in any service industry probably does), but I’m pregnant and couldn’t shake my craving. Luckily the woman in the drive thru had a great attitude, as well as the gentleman who handed me my food. On top of that, my food came out super fast and hot. Perfect end to a working night. Thanks Culver’s!
Good food and generous portions. Unfortunately u can find bones in the fish so be careful when eating or feeding it to a child.
Service was not the greatest, we had to wait a little bit in the drive thru for our order. It was a large order, though, and when we received it, it was correct. I had the North Atlantic cod sandwich and it was outstanding. Cheese curds were awesome, too!
Ok.. first time ever going to Culver's.. I ordered the 3pc Walleye dinner.. I was a touched shocked when I realized the price of $17But service was fast and once at work I ate.The pieces of fish were huge.. very nice size and justified the cost. The fish was very tasty and no issues with that, but the fries were put in the container first and the fish on top of them so I was digging through the fish to find my fries, which were actually I little cold.. super surprised...The fish was good, the fries were rather cold and not tasty.I don't think I'd order that meal again, but today I had my very first butter burger from the same place and it was delicious!I will go back for their hamburgers for sure!
Wanted dine in but not enough employees because of covid. Your workers deserve a raise. They're very nice and got our meal out to us in less than 10 despite low staff and busy drive thru. I appreciate this team
