Posting my review after a recent experience with this location. I frequent this location because it is close to work and am able to order through the app for a seamless pickup experience. The quality of the food is almost always great.Today however, when I returned home and went to finish my leftover Chipotle I bit into something extremely hard in the food itself. I spit it out, and see two small pieces of black plastic. A few pictures attached for reference. Last week one of my coworkers ordered from this location as well and found a large piece of white plastic as well.Unfortunately when I went through the app to see what I could do about this the app ended up just giving me a BuyOneGetOne voucher for whenever I choose to go next. That’s great and all, but why do I have to spend more money to get anything out of the inconvenience? Why can’t a simple refund suffice? I am very fortunate I did not crack my tooth on the plastic in my food.I truly enjoy chipotle, but it is simply unacceptable to have two similar experiences in a two week time period, as well as the app not offering a proper solution to the issue (though that’s not the restaurants fault).
Had the Salad Bowl, with Pollo Asada and Barbacoa, Guacamole and all the trimmings. Really good!
This by far is the worst chipotle ever. They never want to give you the correct did that you deserve as a paying customer. I argue with the workers every time I get off of WORK because they barely want to put any food in my bowl. It’s a bit ridiculous. The other chipotle in Bolingbrook by Andy’s on Weber, is 10/10. I almost never have any problems at that location. This location sucks. Really bad.
Did Mobile pickup and this is what I open when I get home, horribly made and missing the guac smh. Tired from work and don’t feel like going back up there. A waste of money.
Came to this location around 7:30pm it was 3 of us 2 of us got guacamole it was brown and tasted awful 1 of the bowls was mixed completely and it ruined the whole bowl I’m very upset it’s my first time coming to this location not the best impression

Its Chipotle! So I'm sure you have eaten it before. This location always has the same problem. They are either out of fajitas (veggies) or they just make them so fast that there hard from being raw. Also if you like vinaigrette dressing its a gamble if they will have it when you visit. Also you will see the portion control is horrible, one customer gets a heaping spoon of chicken and the second customer barely gets a spoon. I have spoken with corporate and they always say they will try to address the location but nothing ever changes.
Good Quality food & fast serviceA star off for inconsistent Fajitas. On some occasions they are undercooked & other times its charred. Pl keep it consistent !
I just want to applaud whoever fulfilled mobile pick up orders Sunday, 11/14/21. They did a phenomenal job packing mine and my husband’s burrito bowls. Thanks for going above and beyond!
I just bought 2 bowls to go 10 minuets ago the food was so cold and the chips not fresh and super salty
