On Monday July 18 22I went to chipotle at 8 o'clock pm and I was told by a gentleman that they was out of white rice for the night for a business like that not to have your main ingredient i think is not right location weber and lily cache Bolingbrook il.

Went there with a friend. She had the steak bowl and I had the steak burrito. This was my first time there and I wasn't aware she couldn't have the tortillas due to her gluten allergy. The food was fabulous I just really wish she could've enjoyed the burrito as well!

Generally, the Chipotle location is fine. Today, they messed up my order, a digital order. Not cool.

The best chipotle in the surrounding areas. Both Naperville chipotle locations skimp on the meat. This location has been around for maybe 15 years? Quite awhile, they’ve got it together with friendly staff. The only issue that arises every now and then is the pop machine breaks and spews water everywhere lol. Otherwise, keep up the great work I would drive out of the way to come to this location.

Got food poisoning from here ?. I love chipotle but it’s just something going around with their food. I’ve heard from other people they’ve gotten sick as well from their food

For the most part this location is good, but there’s really no guarantee how well your food is going to be since different workers make it every time. Sometimes it’s good, sometimes it’s really not anything great and you wish you made a burrito at home.

Easily the worst place to eat out in all of Bolingbrook. If I had a dollar for every mistake they have made on my orders, i could buy the place and rehire new employees to fix the place. I trust a toddler to drive my car more than I trust any of the current employees to give proper portioning on my food. The employees also don't even greet you, they just charge you $15 and send you on your way. I was charged for quac on a literal veggie bowl+ its was half full. HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN? overall just a ridiculously poor experience.

Their Food was Top Notch. Fresh, Clean and Full Flavored. Employees were really nice and patient with my wife and I because we were "Newbies" ... LoL. It was an all around great experience. Definitely going back for more. ?

Very friendly , enjoyed watching my greatgrand son play. Will come back again. I've been to others they have Fire trucks airplains for the kid's to experience. Would love to see some of that one day here.

So UPDATE: After contacting corporate I am unable to get a refund for our meal. The store did not have all the ingrediency to make my order and would not give me my money back.My family and I have been going to Chipotle for years and now I can say this will be the last time. This location, particularly, messes up often and does not seem to care. None of the items we ordered were labeled or had names on them. We ordered some veggie burrito bowls. The lettuce looked like something from a salad mix that was thrown on top. It had spinach in it. Which isn't that big of deal but one of the orders had cheese in it and corn, both of which my wife is allergic to and we did not order that. The fajita veggies were in huge pieces and barely cooked- they were almost raw. There was literally a whole top to a bell pepper in it and the guacamole had huge pieces of avocado in it and was barely smashed. I understand this place gets busy but it was like whoever made this was in the biggest hurry ever. The rice was also hard and under cooked in parts. I called the restaurant phone number and was unable to reach a human, so I drove back to the restaurant. I was told they did not have any more fajita veggies and ran out. It was Sat. night and they were supposed to close at 10pm but I was there around 9:05pm and they had most the food put away, chairs up on the table. I could not get my money back or have the two new burrito bowls at no charge because corporate needs to handle it. So after going through all of this, we ended up having to pick through our food, chop and cook some of it, which is totally unacceptable. What has happened to this place and customer service? I should mention that my wife got sick a few years ago from this same location with Norovirus. And corporate did absolutely nothing. Not even give us a frickin refund. I think they were more worried about getting sued. If you are thinking of dining here, just go someplace else. It's not worth it!
