The whole staff was friendly and polite and made great suggestions! The manager Dan was great he came around and asked us how our food was and thanked us for coming in, will definitely be coming back to this Chili’s just for the service! Thanks guys

Father’s Day meal could have been way better. The server Filipe was pleasant but the food was mediocre. Fries were cold and the drinks were terrible. The 3 meal deal is the best bang for your buck. But this location is poorly ran , organized and the cooks need to be retrained !

Understaffed like many places now, so the 20 minute wait to be seated when the restaurant was less than half full can be excused. But the food was not up to Chili's standards. Fajitas were barely warm and the baked potato soup had the consistency of water.

The quality of the food is going gradually! The service is also mediocre! They don't label your diet and regular sodas even upon request. The waitress on the phone said "Why can't you just sip it and find out?" (even if it is not my drink like really) Warning, watch out if someone in your party has diabetes because they do not care if they go into a diabetic coma!

Holy Smokes! This is absolutely the best experience I have ever had at a chain restaurant. Our party of 4 was greeted at the door immediately. Unfortunately, we did have to wait 15 minutes but it was explained to us that they were short servers. Not a big deal. While waiting, we observed the bartender laughing and joking while cleaning tables, the manager bringing food out and sweeping and the girl at the front cleaning tables. The whole team was working hard with what they had and, seemingly, having fun while doing it. Our servers name was Kathy, she was fast and effecient. The same manager, Jess, brought our food and thanked us for our patience. Our food was hot and delicious, the place was clean and the new look of the place is great. We'll definitely be back. Happy people working hard in spite of staffing shortages is a rare sight now days.

When I arrived at Chili's there were about 20 tables open, but was told that it would be about a 30 minute wait while there were other people in front of me to be seated as well. I asked if I could be seated at the bar because I had a 9pm movie to catch. I later asked the waitress why was there a 30 minute wait with all of these tables are open. She stated that it was due to shortage of workers. My food order took a little long but not too long, to come out, but was understandable because of the lack of workers. When I finished my meal I asked for my receipt and this is where the 3 stars come in at. For some reasons the manager and my waitress was having issues with people receipt. They were trying to figured out whose receipt belongs to whom and to what table. I had to wait about 15 minutes for my receipt. Because I was in a rush to catch my movie which had just about started, then I paid it and rushed out instead of looking over it. When I got home I realized that they gave me the wrong receipt which I paid $45.00 for and my meal should have been about half of this. I have called the manager on duty that night to explain what had happened and she told me that I would get a refund. A few days have gone by and no refund. I called again and talked to a different manager and they told me the same thing and still no refund. I will now contact corporate and file a complaint with them. What a big mess.

If I could give a zero stars, I would. My experience at this Chili's will have me never return here or possibly another. Just flat out bad customer service. From the the wait in the beginning, to the not wanting to give me a to-go order. I get the idea they did not want my business in the first place.Started off with a long wait even though empty restaurant. Seated for 10 minutes before asking to order drinks. Seems a server was never assigned. Bad waitress. Basic misses once assigned: no silverware, no straws, no plates with appetizers, always absent. After order paid I try to get a soup to go, they sent me in circles finally to carry out line. Then the manager Jess refused to give me a to go order unless I give them my phone number. Things at that point were beyond ridiculous. Moral of the story: don't bother your time here. You will be disappointed.

Of all that was ordered, my meal was a bit disappointing. The broccoli was just warm and tasted raw. The asparagus was mostly cooked but was seasoned well. My shrimp arrived cold. The steak was great though. Cooked as I ordered and seasoned well also. The margaritas were amazing. They're a special one this month and the pomegranate to lime ratio was good. The alcohol content was nice too. The server was very friendly. I always appreciate that. I'm not deterred from visiting again.

Very kind and attentive service. Food was predictably good. The tables and serving area was very clean and sanitized.

I went to pickup an order for Doordash and the woman working late nights told me the food had been sitting for over 45 minutes. My problem with this situation, is that she should have suggested if I could wait for new fresh food. Instead she told me that it was waiting for so long.. As a restaurant worker you should try to strive for better service such as in these cases where food has been sitting, suggest a new order to be made and keep your business in good standing rather than being so low and letting me know its not fresh. For me this is a bad experience for not only myself but also the person Im delivering for.
