Chris G and Phil were so friendly and extremely helpful. Food was fresh and delicious. If you have never had it try the honey with the fries. The best drink is the sunjoy its sweet tea and fresh lemonade.
Chick-fil-A let me down today. My son got a kids meal and they forgot the milk. I ordered a side kale salad (which is more) and hardly got any salad. I’m upset I spent my money on this.
Are inside on a rainy day after a soccer game and before seeing a movie. Food was delivered to our table fast and accurate! Best of all, it was DELICIOUS! Will definitely be back!
All of the Chick-fil-a locations are actually nice, but I definitely always have a great experience, particularly in this location of the restaurant here in Bolingbrook. Their food is really good and definitely one of the best. But I do not look forward to going in here, not only because of the food but also, of course, the customer service. It is safe to say that their customer service is amazing. The staff are just so nice, friendly and helpful. Every staff member I've spoken with here has been amazing and accommodating in every situation. There would always be a long line in the drive through, but it is just basically normal. I can still get my food fresh and hot, perfectly and definitely accurately, so I do not really complain when there is a long line. Patience is really a virtue. The food is so good from this restaurant, and it is definitely worth the wait. The food is always fresh and hot, while the drinks are always cold and taste fresh as well, especially their freshly brewed iced tea. I definitely love that drink aside from their food, particularly their spicy deluxe sandwich. I highly recommend this location of Chick-fil-a.
Kindest people I have ever met. One of the workers forgot our drink (no biggie) and Carol (I think that’s her name) helped us out and was SO SWEET. Love this location. Will definitely keep coming here during my lunch break !
I always get a frosted coffee add cookie crumbles from this location and others, never been an issue. Usually it’s an 80 cent up charge. And now they are saying they’ve never done that and no way to do it. I just called another location and they said they’d be happy to do it
I just love this restaurant. You know, when you are craving some delicious sandwich and you want it really quickly and would not think of any fast-food restaurant but Chick-Fil-A. I've been a regular customer of this restaurant for years, and I must say that they are consistent with their food and service. It is just basically always a normal day each time I visit. There would be long lines in the drive through, sometimes there would be wrong orders given to me, and all sorts of things like that, which I have come to think of as just a normal scene. What I like about them is that the majority of their employees are extremely friendly, and their customer service would always be excellent if it weren't for such occasions. I love their spicy chicken sandwich paired with their waffle potato fries, but when they introduced the grilled option for the chicken sandwich, that is when I changed my mind and immediately loved and chose their grilled chicken sandwich over the spicy chicken sandwich. I also order the spicy chicken sandwich from time to time, but, in my opinion, the grilled chicken sandwich is so much better and definitely tastes so much better. The flavor, the texture of the grilled chicken, and, of course, when it is paired with the honey-roasted BBQ sauce!
I am a huge fan of Chick-fil-A but unfortunately this location has decided twice now to not give a full order of french fries at the drive thru. I don't mind paying more. I would rather the price be raised than feel like they don't care about customer service. I complained this time, the manager told them to throw it away, and they handed me another partially filled fry. I do not plan to return to this location.
My kids love Chick-fil-A!! My younger son will only eat their grilled chicken club otherwise he does not eat any fast food. My older son was hooked when he first had it in Texas years ago. He was very excited when they recently opened near us. It's very expensive but really good quality and extremely delicious.
CFA is really the best of the fast food chicken sandwiches. Certainly others get close, but CFA has the edge. The drive through is as fast as it can get with employees able to process cash and card transactions in the line. While there are sometime small delays, it is not a problem in the big picture. The staff is always friendly and cheerful.
