The food was good. Great atmosphere this was my first time here on 3/27/22. I had been hearing about this place from the drinks to the food. I came here with family they enjoyed their food and drinks as well. We will be returning. I order the steak and shrimp dinner. I enjoyed the Croissant that they give you before your food comes.
The food here is very good! I’ve been here twice. Lately, I was here on July 10th, 2022. The server named Deaijah,(Dee-A-jah) was super friendly & helpful! Everything was delicious. The spinach artichoke dip is to die for! The only downside, is that the knife (so a utensil) that was wrapped inside of the napkin, was dirty. It was my friend’s first time ever being there, & he loved it!I highly recommend this place!
I stopped in for a salad on Wednesday, and the salad was great! The salad was so great I couldn't wait until lunch the next day to order it again. I called to place a carry-out after being transferred to someone who takes the order. After waiting on the phone for 15 minutes, I decided to drive up and place the order. The host told me to order from the bar. The bartender said he would get the girl who takes the orders. There were three people in the bar area at this time; after waiting 20 minutes with no one trying to take my order, another customer walked in to pick up an order. The customer stood there for about 15 minutes and then complained about not getting the order twice. Finally, someone stopped and took her money, telling them I had been waiting to place an order before her.No one said another single word to me; it was as if I was invisible. The customer shook her head at me after receiving her food because no one addressed me or acknowledged I was still waiting. I write this review sadly because the food was great, but the service didn't meet the minimum of good customer service. I went across the street, and within a minute, someone spoke to me and took my order. I counted the patrons in the restaurant, and there were at least 48 customers; still, someone found time to speak and took my order. Maybe management should walk across the street and have lunch; perhaps they could learn something. Just saying, please get better because the food is excellent.
This place is great! Such a cozy atmosphere. The food was yummy. Try the cheese bites.. Super delish. Drinks were good and fair price. The server was nice and attentive. Wish they had this restaurant near my home. I highly recommend it!

We stopped at Cheddar's Saturday May 21, 2022 at about 8:00 pm. We were traveling from Chicago to Lincoln, Illinois and wanted to stop close to the interstate. After a short wait we were seated and given menues by the waitress. For 20 minutes staff passed by us. We asked the patrons across from us if someone was supposed to take our order...they said yes. We turned on the service light of the kiosk on the table and staff kept passing us by. A young man finally came to our table....said he understood no one had taken our order ( duh..we still had our menus)....there had been confusion about which waitress had us....one would be with us shortly. About 5 minutes later a waitress passed us and said she would be with us shortly. Then we overheard staff discussing our situation....we felt like we were putting them out. We left. Drove a few blocks to Culver's....had our food in 5 minutes and got back the road for our 2.5 hr. drive home. Oh....we were celebrating two birthdays.....wanted a nice meal...instead ended up all grumpy and wasted 40 minutes.
The food was fine; in fact, that’s why it has a three star review instead of two. The service was not very good. To put things in context, there ware 10 customers in the dining area. Almost 15 minutes after being seated, I was approached for a drink order. I knew what I wanted by then, so I ordered.24 minutes later, food arrived, complete with the server brushing the ribs on my short as it was being placed. This was my last contact with the staff, as checkout was via table kiosk. I was surprised that the manager didn’t stop by, but there you are.
Awsome place to eat. Atmosphere is quaint. First time I've been there. Had the 1/2 rack of ribs. Very good fall off the bone delicious meal. Will definitely be back. Only drawback is the amount of time we had to wait for service after being seated. Other than that it was worth a visit.
Unfortunately we had problems from the start here: made a reservation for a LARGE party and weren’t seated until 30 minutes after our reservation time. I had to keep asking for the manager. Dennis wouldn’t come out. A red haired female manager did. Our server was Mike and he was pretty great. Food was mediocre. If you have a party of more than 10, you will NOT SIT TOGETHER. The female manager explained that there simply isn’t enough room in the building to accommodate that so we ended up in two booths and a table. That was ridiculous. It was my mother’s 60th birthday and we couldn’t sit together as a family. We were an hour in and barely getting our drinks… not Mike’s fault. The female manager apologized stating we should’ve been seated already when we finally sat down… that’s on her to work through. I will very likely never come here again for anything. It was pretty terrible for us.
The food is great here however service is usually slow. This last time we went we had a fabulous server named Joey that was on top of everything and definitely seemed to want tables and work. He was personable and great which just made everything that much better!
