I came here on May/23/2022 at 10:12a.m. at first the cashier's couldn't hear me attempt to place my order at the drive thru. When I drove to the first window, I asked asked for a two for two Whopper sandwich. I gave the older latina woman $20.00 for the sandwiches. She told me to go to the first window for my change and she purposely rip me off and tried to give me a $1 worth of change and a ripped receipt hidding the amount I truly gave her (I gave her $20.00) She refuse to give me my correct change back and told me I didn't give her $20.00.
If I could give 'no stars' for this Burger King it would be a perfect rating! Like what other reviews mentioned, the lack of customer service accompanied with errors with the order, are typical expectations from this location. The drive thru assistant was rude and impatient when I tried to order drinks that the establishment no longer provides (frozen drinks) AND then they were out of my following substitution drink! Not my fault especially when the outside menu is not updated to reflect their current offering. Finally, when I ordered chicken nuggets for my child and didn't indicate I wanted a dip to go with it (because they didn't ASK), at the pick-up window I requested a dip and they wanted me to pay .28cents for it SINCE I didn't include the request in the original order. What?!! Unbelievable!! There's way to many businesses out there to do business with instead of these folks!!
The staff are outrageously rude,very unprofessional staff. I was just in there to grab some food for my kids and after packing the food she just threw it on the counter without saying a word to me. Never again am I going to this location.
Mid, The fat white lady was really not in a good mood she does not belongs in the cashier marlize does a better job than her and she is new!! Also stop picking up the patties or anything from the floor just re do the sandwich feel bad for the cooks because of that fat white lady’s personality
Can get lunch all day versus a lot of the others that don't serve lunch until 10:30 service great, and food always hot and fresh, love the char-broiled burgers
The lady working the drive-through is not smart, if I'm ordering a impossible Whopper don't ask me if I want bacon. Learn how to take a vegan's order. If somebody wants bacon they would ask for it. I drove off and went to Golden chopsticks.
So quick and helpful even friendly! Love the menu!!
Very slow service. Workers are unmotivated. Waited at the window for 10 minutes. Bread of both whoopers fell apart. Could be bread was old! Will never go back there again!!!
Great service, very fast working co-workers, got my order in under a minute, excellent!!! Definitely recommend.
