This place has very poor customer service, I placed an order online for a deep dish pizza and called 5 minutes later to make a request I did not have the option online for. Since the pizza was in the oven already they refunded my money and I had to place another order but my refund would take 3 to 5 business days to make it to my back in my account. What if I didn't have the money in my account to place another order? Gas prices are through the roof and everything has gotten expensive. The money I had I'm my account is set aside for other bills I could not place another order.

This is the 2nd time in a row I’ve had issues with service. We won’t order a 3rd time. The 1st time they charged my card twice. Then the female manager had an attitude when I asked for a refund. Yesterday the pizza was 50 min late and when I called, was met with the same attitude from the same manager. Horrible service. I’ll be telling my friends not to go here.
Occasionally I open up a pizza that does not match the order. If we call right away, they have always offered a replacement pizza.
Service at other Lou Malnati's have been impeccable. But for this particular location, food preparation has deteriorated. For a pizza place they should have added the small round plastic pizza saver in the middle of the pizza. This one small detail was missed, so I ended up with a thin crust pizza that looked like a soggy piece of cardboard with toppings. I had to scrape off the cheese that stuck on the box. This is not something I expected for a $40 pizza. I am not ordering from this location again. ?
Ordered at 5:51pm today via Door Dash and did not receive my order until 8:13pm. I understand it was snowing today but by the time I ordered, it had stopped and there wasn't much on the ground. They're only 9 minutes from my house and I live off of Boughton so it's not like they had to go through numerous unplowed streets to get to me.My app told me my order was complete and delivered at one point which it wasn't so I finally called the restaurant and they told me they were short staffed and the roads were bad but assured me that it would be here in 10 more minutes. 30 more minutes went by and I called again and they said 10 more minutes again. I was finally about to ask for a refund but the food came.I expected the food to be cold and it was pretty hot. I wonder if they did deliver to the wrong house and just played it off. Whatever the reason, they could have at least called me and warned me of the wait. I'm sick today so I didn't cook and thought with them being only 9 minutes from my house the wait wouldn't be too bad. I had 3 kids to feed and an almost 2.5 hour wait is ridiculous. My kids didn't eat til almost 8:30.At one point the girl answering the phone also hung up on me.
Amazing pizza! The service is fine, I know they're likely understaffed like everyone else right now so takes a little longer than usual, but totally worth the wait.
The Deep Dish The Lou pizza is the best I’ve had. By far the best pizza in the suburbs of Chicago.

I specifically told them that i needed change for 100 my order was 40 and the driver had 25 i was not goin to give that size of a tip i waited 2 hrs on a sunday the had to refuse the order due to cost
