The drive through worker was rude and didn’t listen well, and we didn’t get part of our order. The manager was very nice and helpful in getting us the rest of our order, though.
Horrible customer service. You want to up sale the customer and can't get the basics right. If your cashier is having a bad day put them on dishes! Place is filthy as well. Health Department needs to pay you a visit. ???
Selected this Pilot on our route for the Wendy's.... big mistake. They can't get orders right at this location. They just put whatever and however they feel like. I won't be back here.And their really dirty to boot
Good hot food. Could use update to decor, not the cleanest restaurant but is attached to truck stop. Took awhile to get food but it was good quality.
When I walked in the fkoors were so sticky. As I was in line it smelled. Then I looked around and it was dated. I left.
Food was good but a very long wait to get the food. Dinning room was alittle dirty
Stopped for a couple of Biggie bags.Counter rep. Girl had it going on. Polite, answered all questions. Very pleasant now a days to someone truly caring. Food was hot and order was correct.
Horrible burgers and horrible experience not like it used to be. If you would like a mayonnaise sandwich go here they make delicious mayonnaise sandwiches. No more Square burgers or whatever the mess was they gave me. Some kind of mystery Ensemble of some sort?
This Wendy's is in a Pilot truck stop. Convenient, but they don't participate in the app or promotions. When we were there, they had no salads. About half our order wasn't included in the bag. Had to ask for it. No Coke freestyle machine either. Counter person was friendly if slightly confused. That was about the limit of the good things here
Come here like 3 times stopped after that usually get a burger and every time they've messed it up I get ketchup and cheese only and they put everything on it they don't know how to listen or something last time even repeat it twice and still got it wrong quit your jobs if you hate it so more competent people can work there
