Great pizza and great service!
We have always loved Tobins pizza. But the last couple times have not been great. We ordered last night for Father’s Day and got a family pleaser and totally understand the increase in price but the toppings would all pull off when you attempted to get a piece and it was only to have sausage on 1/2 the pizza so needless to say I was picking off sausage. Just wasn’t the greatest for the cost. Very sad have always enjoyed Tobins
First time ordering from this place 4/20/22 @ around 10pm. The lady taking the order was very rude I felt rushed to place my order should have taken that as a sign. I go to pick it up 3 employees are chatting it up they make eye contact with me and continue talking not acknowledging me. I figure they know I'm there to pick up an order and maybe it's not ready so they don't bother. It's not until a person from the kitchen says what is he waiting for all the orders are done and then the lady makers her way to me and ask me what order I'm there for. Worst customer service I've experienced. Once I get home I eat the pizza and it's the most flavorless pizza I've ever eaten. Tasted like the pizzas they used to serve for school lunches. Don't understand the hype at all. At this point I feel like I flushed $27 of my hard earned money down the drain because no one wants to eat this pizza. I would love for a manager to reach out to me and make this right by offering me a refund. I still have the pizza and have no issues bringing it in as proof. Definitely a horrible experience as a first time customer and will not be going back and letting my friends and family know about this so they don't experience the same thing.
Was in town for girls state bball tourney....lived on Tobin's 50+ yrs ago. Took me back....same great pizza!! Friendly service.... Won't be disappointed!
Awesome friendly & great pizzas. We do the family pack, so we get a small pizza for $1 & bring it home. Worth stopping.
Horrible experience as a black family we were seated in the back ordered our food waited a hour another family comes in 20 minutes after us and gets their food first waiter never came back I had to find the manager who expressed the pizza was on the way out 20 more minutes we walked out and later was followed by the waiter we hadn't seen in over a hour to see if we were going to pay for the drinks sad customer service and I mean sad never again was very embarrassed and had heard good things about the pizzeria
We used to go to Tobins Periodically And I called in a to go order order 1st of all they they couldn't find my order couldn't even find a ticket for itThen when I had them go ahead and remake it after waiting another 15 minutes apparently they had found the original 2 pizzas that they had made and they decided to give those to me we which were cold I didn't catch it until I got home and my wife bit into it she said this is nasty these pizzas are cold then when I called back The Manager didn't seem to care too much about it which Really irritated me but we will probably never go back again and this aint the 1st time that this has happened and I know other people that this has happened to so BUYERS BEWARE And the pizza's just not as good as it used to be not by a long shot
Returned to Normal after graduating years ago and Tobin's is just as good as I remember! They make an excellent Chicago tavern style pizza, with a thin, yet still crispy crust, cut into squares. The sauce isn't too sweet, and they use the perfect amount to prevent the pizza from getting soggy. Delivery was quick and inexpensive.I'd consider them the best pizza place in Blono
We ordered two full chicken dinners delivered to our house. There was a mixup in the delivery and we had to wait longer than usual for our food. When our food arrived it was still warm enough to eat but as we were eating our dinner our doorbell rang again. Moe Davis was nice enough to send us two new fresh chicken dinners that we appreciated very much. Moe really cares about his customers and the food was delicious! Thank you Moe!
