I did a to go and their orange chicken was dry as hell i would say 1 - 10 , they white rice (1 - 10) it was too freaking dry, They gyoza chicken dumplings was a (10 - 10) main thing i would only recommend and order very disappointed this was my very first try and i wasn’t impressed ? don’t recommend eating here ??
I attended college at ISU and went to this place all the time. Three years later I still come back every time I visit the campus for their amazing chicken Pad Thai. Really nice staff here as well.
Restaurant was only doing take out when I ordered in March 2022. They seemed to have a very bustling business however. I had the Ginger stir fry with chicken. I ordered it with medium spice as I was staying in a hotel and didn't have options to spice it up. That level was perfect for me. Very nice, light sauce. Not at all oily. Good flavors. I stay over in Bloomington a couple of times a year traveling to upper midwest and will make a point of ordering from them again.
We have ordered multiple times before and the food has been good in the past. Tonight we ordered 2 chicken pad thai entrees and the quality was terrible. The food was cold by the time we got home (and we only live 10 minutes away), there was not enough sauce, the noodles were overcooked and all choppy. The quality is sub par and portions are small considering it’s $11 for a pad thai in central Illinois. I called the restaurant to complain and give my feedback and they asked me if I had eaten my food already, otherwise they cannot give a refund or recook the food. I called about an hour after we got the food. I’m not sure how they expect someone to drive all the way back just so they can recook the food. I do not want to spend another 30 minutes of my time just to get new food. A better policy would be to offer to recook the meal another time. The customer service should have been better, they clearly were very busy and had 10 people in the kitchen and the quality was unfortunately sacrificed. I will not be dining there again.
Hands down the best most authentic Thai food in Bloomington-normal. Update..... Ordered again tonight.. Again 5 out of 5 stars. They just keep crushing it! The duck is beyond compare. I tried the Jjamp pong and it is hands down one of the best dishes I have ever eaten in Bloomington Normal in 24 years. Do yourself a favor and dine here you will be glad you did.
Food is delicious but, I would like the dining room to reopen. I travel to go there. I eat my meal in the car?

I love their food BUT when trying to order take out they answer the phone and put you on hold and never answer back! I tried for almost an hour to call them to place and order and I finally just gave up. I was on hold each time for over 10 minutes! But called the next day and was able to put my order through, I did call an hour earlier to try and beat the rush!
This is my favorite restaurant in Bloomington. Every weekend I crave Thai house food. Their fried rice and omelette is delicious. Before the pandemic they stopped making Thai custard. We ask for Thai custard Every time we order food from there and we hear a no. Suddenly this week we asked and it was there. For someone who does not have a sweet tooth I loooooove this desert and I missed it sooo much !! It just melts in your mouth. Eat with ? and you'll keep eating it!!!! Hope they don't stop making it. Don't miss eating at this amazing Thai food place.
This place is great, unfortunately like all Asian related restaurants in the area it is closed on Mondays. I spent 2 months in Thailand and can confirm that the food is very close to authentic. I really enjoy the chicken pad Thai. It is currently take out only but that's ok with me, I live 5 min away.
