I placed an order on online through the subway website for delivery as soon as I placed my order the money was withdrawn from my account but then I get an error message saying please try again later... WHAT??? I never got a confirmation email or any proof of my order actually being placed the only thing I have is the withdrawal from my bank account for the full amount of the order. When I tried contacting the local store closest to my location 2310 Oakland Ave Bloomington, IL, to get some guidance or information seeing if my order actually went through I was greeted with a very rude employee and other employees in the background that telling me there's nothing they can do they don't know what to tell me when I ask for a number to the corporate office or a number to someone who would be able to assist me with getting my money refunded I was told no they don't have a number to provide me when I ask for a manager number that I could contact to try to get some assistance I was told no they don't have a number for their manager to provide. When they asked which store my order was sent to I informed them I did not know because 1. I did not receive a confirmation email and 2. When you place an order for delivery on the website it takes your address and does not let you select a store. One of the employees called me a liar and saying that you have to select a store to even proceed with an order, which if they've ever tried placing a delivery order on their own site they would know they are completely inaccurate. When I asked for the name of the employee on the phone I was hung up on. I've since tried multiple multiple times to contact Subway corporate or customer service and had zero luck this was the most unprofessional, disrespectful, and just plain ridiculous experience. My money was taken from my account on an order that never even was placed food I never received and was met with miserable, rude, and poorly trained employees that know nothing about customer service. But coming from a corporation that doesn't even have a way for a customer to reach anyone for this type of situation not even just for a complaint but simply to get a refund due to a system malfunction on their site is impossible no option whatsoever.
Got cheated today 12/12/2021. I ordered for veggie patty footlong and was charged for veggie patty footlong. However when I opened order at home, I came to know that they gave me veggie delight (without patty). They should have told me that they don't have patty available, but they did not. Instead they were prompt to charge me for Veggie patty footlong. I have receipt and order number, hopefully they will call me and resolve issue.What a pathetic service. Thanks for cheating on me. I want to give negative rating but 1 is minimum i have.
The sandwich just wasn't that good. I was very disappointed. I have always had better in the past. I hope it was somebody new that needs training.
Kind of hard to be bad at making sandwiches but they excel at it 4 workers slower then molasses and the guy with his nails done always has an attitude. Do they have management?
I got the food I orderedHowever, the worker was actually smoking a cigarette while making my sandwich. I was like sick to my stomach. She then proceeded to follow me outside and light another one.My bag smelled like smoke.The worker that did this was EXTREMELY friendly so that is the complement I will give.
Sandwich was good, coupon excellent BUT cola dispenser was empty, told one of the men behind the counter, when he wasn't busy he headed towards it, then fiddled back and forth, didn't seem to know what he was doing. Finally my husband walked over and asked him if it was working, he said no. All this time we wanted a cola drink, it went with the special, we asked if we could have a coke out of the case.He said no, it would mess up the inventory. I guess inventory is more important than the customer. We will not go back to this subway shop. Three people working behind the counter, apparently no one knew to check the drink machine to see if it was in working order before lunchtime rush.
I don't care what time of day you enter this store it is always spotless and the employees are excited to see you. Now then their sandwich making skills are the best of any sandwich shop in town. The add on are always fresh and appealing. The bread is fresh and their not stingy when putting meat on your sandwich. Overall you will not be disappointed when you patronize this business .
The bread was so stale you would have thought it was toasted... except it wasn't.
Service was quick and easy. The two ladies working were nice and helpful. I was in and out in 2 minutes
Love coming here with the whole family! Wnjoy seeing my food being made! Affordable amazing sandwiches! Been eating here for years!
