First of all, the staff is phenomenal, great demeanor, attentive and customer oriented. Great and convenient location, very convenient on the weekends which makes the waiting extremely long. It took over 18 minutes to get my latte ready.
Tracy is a true MVP, something about her energy made our morning. She legit went "pow" as she scanned our QR code for points in the most baller way, how could someone needing a morning boost not love that. Also, this Starbucks always seems to have the drinks and snacks we want and serves em up with looks and taste like the ones you see in commercials and ads. This location needs more hype!
The parking lot is small and the drive thru line has limited space, but the baristas work quickly and efficiently to keep the line moving. They are polite and always get my order correct.
Line was long af. Like longer than the line to Texas Road House opening night. The girls working got us through that line in 5 minutes with smiles on their faces. Best Starbucks location in Bloomington.

We haven’t been to this location before and we’re tired from traveling. Tracy and the drive-thu staff were so friendly and fun. There was a long line, but it went by quickly despite the staff connecting with each customer. Very positive experience. Thank you!
This is always my go to Starbucks! I have always received excellent customer service here but today they went about and beyond. Just as I started to order my little one was have a ginormous melt down screaming at the top of her lungs. As soon as we pulled up to the window Tracy was waiting with a small treat for my little one which greatly helped the situation! The customer service here is amazing as well as Tracy always goes above and beyond! thank you!

This is a really good Starbucks. The folks who work there are unfailingly kind even when the store is really busy. The parking lot is a little small, but there's an empty gas station next door where you can park if things are crazy.
Always friendly service with a smile and the usual delicious coffee. The new remodel looks great!
