I got the meatball sandwich, kids each got a “single slice” (they are huge!), and we shared some mozzarella sticks and a slice of cake.Everything was AWESOME!Really enjoyed everything we had and the staff was very nice. Place was quiet.
Me and my friends are from Chicago and really missed what good pizza tasted like! We saw that Rosati’s was near Illinois State University so we decided to give it a try. We all got slices of pizza and enjoyed every bite. The staff was also really nice and welcoming. Can’t wait to come back for more!
The Crystal Lake Central Special Olympics basketball team came to play in the state tournament this week. Thanks to Tony and his incredible staff we were able to have our celebration dinner at his restaurant. The food was fantastic, the staff was attentive to our needs, and it overall was a great time!!!. If I ever pass thru the area again I will not miss a chance to enjoy a meal here with my family.Please support this local Rosati’s Pizzeria!!! Many times it’s the people that make the biggest difference and I can confidently say that is 150% true! Thank you Tony. You were a big part of our family’s joy and happiness in making this weekend so special for us!

Love love love their big slices! My children and I love to stop here for lunch quite often and this is the only place in town with jumbo slices and they remind me of home back in Chicago. They always have great customer service and open to suggestions to help their business.
First time at this Rosati's The store was clean. Good service and good pizza. I have no complaints. Will be going back for sure.
Have had bad experience with the Bloomington Rosati’s. Food is cold and delivery takes way longer then they say. They have lost our order multiple times without apologizing and saying ohh it will be 15 more minutes after it has been an hour and a half. IE they just started making it. OVERPRICED as well!! Also, tried pick up and think maybe it’s because of their delivery service, nope. When I walked in and saw how gross the restaurant was I decided I would never go back. The cashier was sniffling wipping her nose with her shirt then after I left I saw her pick her nose as I was in my car looking through the window. Not to mention she is the one that handed me my food in the middle of a pandemic. If I could give it 0 stars I would. It’s unfortunate because I am from the Chicagoland area and Rosati’s up there is sooo good. Too bad. Major thumbs down.
One of the employees messed up my order and over charged me.I asked for a medium size pizza and was charged for a large pizza. First they acted like they didnt see that I placed an order. Another employee named Allison found the order blamed me for the mistake another employee made by saying" You should have known the size difference in the pizza". Instead of apologizing for the mistake that what she chose to do. I asked to speak to the manager she claimed he wasnt there and I asked her what his name was so I can call back to speak with him. She said" Im not giving you his name" Very unprofessional and rude staff. The pizza is not worth the price and delivery took almost two hours when they initially said it would take 1 hour. Wont be purchasing anything else from this location.
Pizza rook 115 minutes to be delivered. Was cold, then no one would answer the phone. Absolute NO!
After waiting 1 1/2 hours for my food to be delivered , my food wasn't even correct. If you order at least pick it up to make sure its correct! Absolutely ridiculous to wait that long for messed up food. Oh they did refund me $2.50 on an almost $50 dollar order. I will never waste my money again at this place while we are working in town.
