Nice staff. Food is consistent. Prices haven't spiked as bad as done places. The Wreck is just as good as it has ever been.
Ordered from ActiveMenus while in the hospital. Ordering was very simple, food was delivered very quickly. Potbelly’s includes plenty of utensils and packed my food to keep my warm food hot and my salad cold. 10/10
I cant order their again, I have not been in months and thought I would give it another shot and was shocked with the hair I found in my sandwich. it was at least 3 pieces of long dark hair how does someone making a sandwich miss that?!?

Sandwich was absolutely small and unfilling very dissatisfied for paying 28$ for 2 sandwiches a bag of chips and a small cup of soup 4 strips of bacon they're out of there mind

The only reason I am even giving them a star is because there's no option not to. I walk up to the door and there's sign up that states online/phone order only and the doors are lock. I then look into the window and there's four customers dining in, but I can't get in to place an order. I tried to take a picture through the window and the employee came asking me do I have problem. I told him what my issue was and he said that an earlier shift let them in and he can kick them out. I know that he has all rights to have them leave do to the pandemic.
