I’m not usually one to write complaints about fast food restaurants, but the service we had today was horrible. We waited 15 minutes for someone to answer their headset and take our order, and then repeated the first combo on our order 4 times, she assumed we were done before we could add to our order. We eventually just drove off, but overall the staff was rude and service was slow to say the least.
I had a great experience with a mobile order pickup today. I ordered online on my way to r resistant and got there before it was ready which I anticipated would happen. The window offered me cold drink while I waited which they didn't have to do but was much appreciated as the best index was about 105° at the time. Thank you Popeyes!
Love the spicy chicken sandwich, but this location is so run down. I can't help myself and keep going back...Owners seem to be running this place into the ground. Grass is never mowed. Limited hours due to worker shortages. Long lines. Menu items unavailable. Greasy floors in the dining room.But it's a good sandwich! Too bad Pop-up Chicken Shop is across town from my normal traffic pattern or I'd go more often!
This location is more friendly, customer service oriented & really make you feel welcome. My son & I got exactly what we ordered. The food was hot & delicious. Will definitely come back. If you have had a bad experience w/the other location, you must come to this location - you won't be disappointed. I highly recommend!
The food was the worst dog food I ever had, didn't get the right dessert, food was cold not worth the 10.00 bucks I spent. The lady was talking to someone inside the place so needless to say that took 25 minutes just to have her take my order, only 1 other car ahead me. I WILL NEVER GO BACK waste of money and time. Oh I forgot to mention that I was on break and spent it all at Popeye.
Started off by giving us the wrong flavor soda, that was okay. But then the cashier at the window attempted to short change us. After asking for our change she pulled it out of her pocket!! And gave it to us. Wanted to complain to a manager then but didn’t. After eating our meal and biting into a piece of uncooked chicken we called to speak to a manager and was hung up on TWICE! I’m 27 years old and this is the most unprofessional service I’ve ever experienced. The cashier from my opinion was intoxicated on something. Probably will never eat Popeyes chicken within a 50 mile radius of this place. Oh yeah. Never got our utensil’s either. This wasn’t poor service. This was extremely poor service.

Would give them no stars if I could. Waited for a while to place an order in the drive through, there was only one car ahead of us. They were out of most of the menu items. The menu board itself was busted. We paid, they gave us our drinks. They only had Dr.pepper and Hawaiian punch. Waited 20 minutes parked after that for our food, saw the person in front of us never got theirs. They went in to the store to complain. We saw other people go in and not get food. We saw other cars park , wait and leave. Multiple cars pulled into the drive through and left after that. Pop eyes food isn't worth waiting for so we left. Also the soda we got tasted weird.
This is THE WORST service I have EVER experienced in my entire life at a fast food restaurant. They are RUDE, SLOW, LAZY, and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! After going about three times to be told they had no chicken or it would be 30-45 minutes, we FINALLY get lucky enough to get some chicken and the woman basically threw my food at me. Then I get back to my hotel and my 11 year old daughter found a fingernail in her mashed potatoes.Called corporate TWICE and NOTHING was done! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME going to either Popeyes in Bloomington. It’s a disgrace!
Wanted to try the fish sandwich. I ordered the classic fish and they told me it would be 6min. I waited and got an overcooked spicy fish with ice cold bun, no pickles, and no napkins. If you have to wait, the order should be perfect especially when I only ordered 1 sandwich.
