Ordered a 5 piece strip and a 2 piece strip with shrimp 2 red beans and rice what we received was a 5 piece strip 2 pieces of shrimp one red beans and rice no biscuit food was cold. Also asked for Cajun sparkle none and no silverware. Tried to call as we were the only ones in the drive-through no one would answer.
Came to drive thru around 530 and they were completely out of every side .. like everything including biscuits and fries… so I ordered 3 piece chicken strips and they only had spicy which was fine I got one chicken strip and to clumps or breading ? whatttt is going on my husband got a chicken sandwich and it was ice cold and I’m not sure but the chicken looked questionable … we tried using a gift card we had gotten from the company and they couldn’t use it …and they used a cup lid on on my rice which was they only side they had
So many things wrong with our visit to this place. Like a dumpster fire. I feel like one star at all is generous. Dirty and unorganized. Missing most things on the menu. Ordered dark meat but got a box full of white meat, among many other things that went wrong. The only positive thing is that the red beans and rice were good.
Absolutely terrible customer service. Ordered through Door dash and received the wrong drink two days in a row. I ordered a large sweet tea and they gave me Lemonade. When I called they said they're out of sweet tea. And when I asked why they assumed to replace it with lemonade instead of asking the door dash driver to contact me and ask me what I'd like instead they hung up on me. Good thing I don't have an allergy or anything....
I don’t recommend this location. My bf and I got a really bad service, and the food was just really off. It took them a long time to get our order in, and when we got our food, my serving was off. I got the 2 pc chicken meal with a leg and thigh, and what I got was a leg and an overcooked wing. I was only able to eat the chicken leg because the wing just tasted awful. My bf’s food was also bad. He got the spicy chicken sandwich meal, and his sandwich didn’t taste right. The meat was undercooked that it gave him a stomach ache after. He couldn’t even finish his sandwich. If you can, please stay away from this location ❌❌❌
Ordered the family meal they handed me a bag of food and forgot my drink, had to remind them about that. Pulled out of the drive thru and realized I only had biscuts and 2 sides but no chicken.... door to lobby was closed up with plywood. Had to wait another 10 min in drive thru. Definitely not too happy with my experience.
Lunch time at ~12:30, this place only has two staff and they inform us their location has no sides. We order food (nuggets and surf and turf) and decide to go somewhere else for fries afterwards. We receive shrimp and chicken strips, but no nuggets or sauce. We also were not even given a receipt, so we can't go back and get it fixed or refunded. This place needs to either treat/pay workers better to get more and better employees, or it needs to close.
Worst meal ever! Ordered the 8 piece chicken tender family meal . Chicken was seriously like shoe leather, cold and tasteless. Supposed to have 4 biscuits and got 1. Never have I ever had such a nasty meal from Popeyes. Employee that brought food to the window, shoved I out smashed into one bag that also had 4 pies in a separate bag on top of it. Will not return to this location. Doesn't even deserve one star but had to give it one or I couldn't post my complaint.
First time at popeyes. Ordered two 2 pc white chicken meals. Asked if we wanted spicy or mild. Replied mild then told they were out of mild. Said I guess we will take spicy. Then received 3 wings because no breasts avail. No thank you at window. Poor service. Not sure I'll try Popeye's again.
We tried one all the way across town but they were taking too long so we came to this one. I pulled up to the drive thru and they said they were in the middle of shift change. I've read most of the other reviews and apparently this is a common practice here. I've worked in fast food for over 20 years. "Shift change" takes no more than 3 minutes. The lobby was locked otherwise I would've went in. I don't know who runs the place but they're doing an awful job. This place gets 2 stars just for the mashed potatoes.
