I hate to put someone on blast, but we've had this problem three consecutive times. We ordered a pizza for delivery and had to call twice in the hour after we were supposed to receive it. When it did arrive an hour an a half late, we received someone else's order and the food was lukewarm at best, but honestly cold to the touch. When we called after we got the wrong order to see what happened, the person who answered the phone hung up on us. We had to wait half an hour to even speak to a manager; this ordeal was our entire night. We really gave it every shot, but we can't order from this place anymore. Guys, you used to be the best pizza place in town. What happened?

Went from a fixable situation with an easy solution to escalation complaint to corporate.I ordered a pizza with bacon and pineapple but received a pizza with ham and pineapple (it's a big deal in my house!). So I called the store for a replacement and they insisted that I return the incorrect, used and possibly contaminated pizza with the unfortunate delivery driver and that they would only be allowed to give me the correct replacement pizza (hot and fresh in their car) if I gave it to them. We've been sick (I explained that, too). So then I asked for a manager, was already speaking to him and he was very unpleasant. I asked for the district manager and luckily she was right there but she was more insistent and unpleasant than the manager. She even gave me the wrong number to corporate help line. She was talking bad about me after she thought she put me on hold. It hurt my feelings they way she insulted me for lying and being a theif. She even told me directly that "What you ordered is what you got." That is the end of my personal experience with this specific Pizza Hut on Hamilton St. in Bloomington IL.Corporate refunded my money and took a report.

Currently been waiting 2 hours for a pizza to get here. The chick at the actual pizza hut hasn't even been kind of helpful. Every time I call "I don't see it on my screen, so I know its on the way" girl its been on the way for an hour!! Didn't offer even any coupons or anything. Never again. Terrible

Got lied to about my order status multiple times. Only to be told my food isn't coming after over 2 hours waiting. This business is unacceptable and the worst pizza hut I've ever seen run!

Quick processing and delivery. Delicious, and still hot temperature, food.

I like how you make me wait 2 hours and 3 calls later to tell me my food was never even out for delivery. Google review these people. the manager is the worst. I contacted them already. you didn't have any problem taking my money right? worthless

EDIT: The manager apologized, said he would talk to staff and gave me a free order so I changed the rating. I have hopes that things will get better.I placed an order at 10pm and called the store at 11pm. On the phone they said it had just went out for delivery at the moment and I get a text confirming it’s on the way.12am hits and I call the store again to make sure everything is okay then they say the order never actually went out and they have to remake it for delivery…I understand this stuff can happen with understaffing but it’s unacceptable so obviously lie to a customer.I would have rather took a refund then to wait another hour and be told I was lied to.

I ordered a pizza and a 2-liter bottle of Sierra Mist. My husband went to pick up the order and they did not include the 2- liter with the order. It was too cold out to return to the store.

The app is easy to use. The restaurant I order from is always prompt and my food is always hot still and tastes great. The delivery drivers follow my onscreen instructions and do a great job!
