Me and my girls from work we're all retired now and we always go to Panera because we love their soup and their sandwiches can't deny they're the best

Ordered on the app and had to wait an hour for the food. At least they gave me the hour wait time when I ordered instead of giving me an earlier time and making me wait at the store. I got there 20 minutes early and they helped 20 people at least. My order was for 4 people. So why did I have to wait a full hour for food??? Great food though. They need to figure out how to turn around orders from online as quickly as those in the store.

I have been coming to this location for years and service was always good, but over the past couple of years this location has really gone down hill with inconsistent hours, constant changes in their menu and orders consistently being incorrect. I've kept going to this location because I love Panera and it is really close to my job, so I gave this location a fair chance.Today, I placed an online order and was given the option for "In Cafe pick up". When I arrived, there was a sign on the door stating that their dining room was closed for the rest of the evening and there was already a long line in drive-thru. When I got up to the speaker, I told the person my name and that I had placed an online order. They told me it was ready and to go ahead and pull around. I thought they meant I was good to pull around to one of their curbside pick up spots for drive-thru.I sat there for nearly 10 min waiting for my food and I was on my 30min break from work. I tried calling them on the phone twice and no one answered the phone. So, I pulled back around to the drive-thru and they had put a bucket down in the drive-thru lane, marking it CLOSED. I pulled up to the speaker anyway because I needed to get my order, and was told that they were closed for the rest of day. Note, that the time was only 2:45pm... I was also just then informed that they no longer do curbside. So, I told them once again, I had an online order and had to once again wait in line.By the time I got up to the window my break was pretty much over at this point. So, I asked for a refund. Moral of the story, don't waste your time or money at this location.Edit: This review was posted 4 months ago and was meant for the BLOOMINGTON location by Double Tree. I must have been so frustrated that I accidentally posted this review to the Normal location by mistake. I can't say if things have improved at the Bloomington location because I will not be going back after too many bad experiences. This last experience was the last straw for me.

Good quality food. One of my favorite places to get Mac and Cheese. A bit pricey, but what isn't these days?

Good place to bring a laptop and plug in and get some work done. Chill atmosphere, refillable drinks, and plenty of tasty snacks.

LOVE the summer fruit option for my side!!! Made for a perfect lunch…. ?

Orders are no longer taken at the cash register. You have to use the touchpad kiosks. Only two were still installed, and one was malfunctioning. I was waiting behind someone who couldn’t find what he wanted, and after 5 minutes a manager came and told another customer he couldn’t just order with the cashier. It was extremely frustrating, and I left without even ordering anything or getting the chance to.

Went 10 minutes off the interstate to this location because we wanted something better than the typical fast or casual food experience. What we got was way worse. Arrived a 5 minutes after 7 pm and the dining room was closed. People were inside eating but I guess they were not allowing new people in. So we had to use the drive thru and eat in our car. Not what you want to break up a long trip. Spent $22 on two salads and ended up with bowls half full. Maybe 6-8 bites! Honestly the "to-go" trend brought on by the pandemic has resulted in lower quality and quantity across the industry. The employee at the window said the dining room was open til 8pm. She had no clue why the dining room was closed. Failed to give us forks for our meal. Had to go back through the drive thru to obtain. We used to love Panera, but too many negatives in the past couple years to go back.

This was supposed to be the strawberry pecan oatmeal with brown sugar topping that I have got many times over the years. I've never seen it look this way and was literally a $6 bowl of watery slop with no brown sugar and gross strawberries. I tried to call and talk to the manager but they never answer the phone. This is my last visit to this Panera because it's not the first time over the last 6 months food has been sub par.

Had to do takeout since the dining room closed. And the takeout was bad, both quality and portion sizes. I choose Panera for being a fast food chain with healthier options and was sorely disappointed when my salad and soup were both half the normal portion sizes as compared to eating in and poorly assembled. Very unsatisfied
