Great service for the 2nd time coming from out of town. Our son likes to take us here. The wings and burgers so far are phenomenal!
Been going here for over 16 years place is going down hill everything getting more expensive like everywhere else but they’re also sacrificing quality. chicken wing lately are always coved in feathers ?? and burgers don’t taste the same and every time I have to send them back they burn them Would gladly pay more for quality chicken wings losing loyal customers by the day
The food was good and served hot but the service was very slow. We ordered another round and it never came. Finally just asked for the check, which came back incorrect.
I ordered wings I got more feathers than seasoning. Then I was told I couldn’t get a refund just a coupon for my next visit. I will never go back this is disgusting.
Had a great meal there. I had the Texas Mugsy Burger which i recommend for anyone who likes burgers and barbecue sauce and also saw the Ribeye. The waffle fries and onion rings were excellent. Thanks Mugsy!
I hadn't had mugsys for a long time thought I would give it try again. I called for delivery, the guy that answered the phone was unpleasant for sure. We ordered a salad, a wrap and cheese fries. He said it would be 45 minutes to an hour. After an hour an a half I finally called and he said " you haven't gotten it yet oh wait I think it's on the way" 20 minutes later it finally arrived. That's two hours for a salad and a wrap. The food we got wasn't bad except they didn't give us cheese fries but based on other reviews I wasn't going to call to complain doesn't sound like I would get anywhere. Honestly my my only major problem is this .. just be honest and tell people it's going to be two hours before you get your food. Don't just tell them 45 minutes to an hour as a standard phrase. Then let the customer decide if they want to wait two hours.That alone would have allowed me to give 4or more stars.
Just left there. I've been lived in Normal for a year and my friends at work kept telling me this is the place to go. WHY DID I WAIT SO LONG?! Omg I'll never go back to those "Other" wing places again. Wings are delicious and the sauces are freaking awesome. I'll be back next week...
I’ve never liked the food. Coworker wanted to try it. Never again. Cheese sauce was disgusting, wings were dry and nasty.
worst customer service ever. they hire incompetent young people that never want to answer the phone and seem to think making the most basic well drinks are an extreme labor. EVERY single time we call to place a pick up order they say their kitchen can’t handle pick up orders like the difference between eating in the restaurant or ordering the food to go makes a difference. As a business owner in the bloomington area myself, i understand how customer service is supposed to work. The food is good but the place is trash. Not worth the BS wait. Rather just order Schooners or Wing stop at this point.
I’ve spent a lot of money here over the years and it has declined a lot. Service is horrible. Plus the phone rings for awhile I just tried and it was at 8 mins before hung up. But when they do answer they immediately say hold and their gone for atleast 5 if not 10 mins before getting back on the phone just to say 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
