A bunch of young kids.. kind of loud and sassy. Counter by drinks was so gross I wiped it off myself.
At 8pm they locked the doors behind me(lobby closes at 10) and refused to make my delivery order consisting of 4 drinks. All employees stared at me for 12 minutes before I canceled and left
disappointed/upset when late shift staff did not let me know there were out of pies when I order 6 apple pies only received 5, when I check my order in the parking lot had to go again at drive thru to get the item missing only to be told there were not any pies left or wait for next batch. It would have been better customer service to let me know when the order was handed out!! Instead said nothing wonder how many items paid for were not given out when you use the drive thru and you either are bringing dinner home or just don't have the time to recheck if all items are in the bag??
Stopped in before going to ortho appointment. Conveniently located by Carle Bromenn and across from the airport. Was an easy in and out trip for something quick and the staff was fast and polite. Inside was clean. Plenty of parking outside.
me and my younger brother ordered here and ordered the 2- 2 for 5 mix match and they gave us all sausage sandwiches when you were supposed to get a sausage and egg mcmuffin and then when we went inside the lady told us we were wrong.
Have been coming here for a year now never really any issues besides getting order wrong here and there people are always friendly however there is a new cashier the bigger guy is rude normally get breakfast here a sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle without cheese and he was just like so a sausage Mc griddle and got it without egg then didn't say anything coming up and repeated it and was just like yup completely rude
I like the friendly behavior of the employees. But i believe taste of the food decides the quality of the restaurant. I have been given soggy and burnt buns, half cooked chicken,and no sauce burgers. Many times i was given wrong order which i had to either donate or throw away since i am comfortable with all meat types.I really wish i could see this place making good quality food.
I had not been to this particular McDonald's for years and going again just the other day reminded me why. This place is so dirty, my fingers where sticking to the ketchup dispenser, pop all over both counters, high chair hadn't been washed, along with tables and chairs. Will only go again after forgetting again years later.
They got my order wrong. I have nothing to say about the place. They made me repeat the order twice during drive through but still gave me wrong food. Will be going to the other location if needed but not this one.
Excellent food and service. Mistakes are rare, always handled properly. We go here frequently, wife likes their Lattes, hot and cold, always gets an extra shot of espresso. I get double hamburger plain with well done fries, crispy and brown how I like them. Quality is second to none.
