Best McDonald's breakfast I have had in a while. The hash browns were hot and crispy. The rest of the food tasted freshly made. I asked for an extra hot sauce, and I got 2.

Order was fast and correct on a long road trip. Just what you need.

Says open 24hrs.. drove by 320am after 16hr shift. All outside lights and menu boards were off while people were inside mopping.

Orders are incorrect. Management always have a attitude or face looks like they’re mad about something. Not friendly at this location…..

I purchased an iced tea & a fry for the road for a loved one. Fries were fresh and both ladies I had contact with through the drive thru were super friendly. They always provide excellent service. Thank you!

The establishment is hit or miss with getting your order right. The evening managers are overly rude and close their lobby early without posting it anywhere and then yelled at 2-3 different groups like they should know.

This McDonald's installed new self order kiosks and plexiglass in front of the one lonely human cashier waiting to help those that hate technology. Although ordering myself makes sure my order is entered correctly, I miss talking to a smiling face. It was very impersonal.I am torn as to whether I like the new techology. It replaced good starting out jobs, especially for teenagers. McDonald's was well known for its focus on helping the young get started on adult life. Now they are just another company that chose profits over the needs of society. Very sad in my opinion.

Ordered 3 mango slushys and a Minute Maid slushy not knowing they didn’t have them anymore so they brought me a freeze slushy after I had paid for it so I was asking if she could get me another mango instead and I would pay for it she argued with me about it walked away from me and I left with 2 of my drinks there was no cooperation whatsoever rude and childish wanting to argue with somebody over nothing

Had the worst customer service experience at this location. The one on Empire across from Airport is awesome.7:30 PM pulled up to 2 empty lanes so I choose lane 1, board was stuck on last order.Ask if board was broken, rudely told I need to be patient while it loaded, person pulls in Lane 2 and orders, Lane 1 still stuck on previous order! I asked if they could reset ( never worked at McDonalds before) she rudely advised me I need patience! She said well what do you want? Of course their numbers change so I wasn’t sure, I asked her what I should do? Thinking she would say just tell me or advice me to pull forward to the window.Instead I back out and go through lane 2 complete my order and pull to window and ask to speak to Manager about the rude behavior! The girl said I must pay first, I said not till I talk to Manager. She rudely said she’s on break, I said I’ll wait, she said it may be a few minutes. 30 seconds later a middle age women who began berating me for being rude!Keep it classy MickyD

A short preface to this short story. I had driven 2+ hours from Chicago after meeting family. Hadn't eaten since 3Pm. I had tried to go to North Main street Mcdonalds for some food but they were super busy. Understandable, it is a weekend and close to campus. But then I went to 1610 E Empire Mcdonalds and they were leaving and fully closed by 11:20Pm! Online it says midnight. Well that is frustrating right? Well, I said screw it. I'll go to South Main. Third time is the charm right?! Well maybe not! I already am giving some slack with how long the lines are here, but when I tried to go inside and order in the store they said they were closed. It was 11:50pm so a little late, but it said 12Am for dine-in on Saturdays. So I was already annoyed. I then tried to call the store but they didn't pick up the first two times. Now, third time is the charm for real this time right? Not so much, they answered and hung up before I could even say anything. So being in a fit of rage and hunger I called for the fourth time. A young man I presume answered the phone. I addressed them hanging up, yet they denied. So I asked why they closed their dining room early. They said the store closed at 10Pm for dine-in and that the overall store manager for all of the stores knew. I highly doubt the store manager would let them close early, no reason and no note posted. I worked for Mcdonalds from 2017-2021, the overall store manager would not let that happen as they care about making things posted and well known.
