The night shift on 8/3/22 where completely wonderful people! Definitely will be coming back to this one.
We went to the drive through today for lunch with about 9 cars ahead of us in the drive thru. They got our food order correct and had us on our way easily within 10 mins.
This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been. Lazy workers and slow service. Deluxe crispy chicken was not deluxe crispy. No lettuce, no tomotos, nothing..Only bread and chicken.
Be aware, according to the Google maps menu section, salads are no longer available. They have not been available for a few years now .
Orders is consistently wrong. The staff is mediocre at best for custom service. The main manager is ok but the shift managers are terrible for customer service. Example a 25 to 30 year old African American girl. She's a manager and rang up our order. It was 2 double cheeseburgers and 2 plain McChicken, nothing complicated. She rang it in wrong which happens so we had to drive back to the store and get it replaced. All she did when we told her was ask the staff for a plain mcchicken put it in a bag and says here you go (with a sh-tty tone like this was our fault) and I can't say she handed it to my girlfriend she pretty much threw it at her , if it had hit her in the face I would have treated as an assault and responded accordingly.
Friendly staff but mixed up my order in the drive through. Had I not caught it before driving off I would have been pretty disappointed! Other than that, it's your typical McDonalds.
This McDonald's has an outdoor playground. Everything else is pretty typical of a McDonald's. Over the years this McDonald's has slowly over all the years gotten dingy.. it is probably time for a new building relocation or closing sad to say .
Drive thru service. They had our orders correct. It's not easy to get in and out of this location because it isn't right off the street.
Trash management… try and charge for sauces when you have fries and nuggets… its mcdonalds… dont make me come back inside and use my card again for .60 cents. Your trash. True trash
Your typical McDonald restaurant, order has always been correct as I always order items customized as I can't eat certain things. Staff is friendly and quick, only ever had to pull around to wait once while waiting for fresh fries. Even that wait was only about a minute.
