Most incompetent mcdonalds around opens their drive through whenever they want been there 30 minutes after opening and cooks can't read at all been there twice to return food in a row at this point its the cooks because the instructions are plain as day on there big Mac no lettuce no pickle everything on there. Then got sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle with no cheese and put cheese on there learn to read expect your orders to be messed up people before leaving
Very friendly service and clean establishment and food was good. Fries weren't fresh but they were still a little warm so they weren't that bad. So 4 stars overall.
I'm a truck driver tried to get service in the drive thru and manager on duty refused to wait on me!!! I feel that because I was a person of color is the reason I couldn't get service!!! Everyone else, if they see you drive a tractor trailer, they will wait on me!!! My vehicle is 13ft. and 6in, I will tare up the drive thru if I do like a car!!! This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to!!! That one star is over rated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Service was terrible. I had to use drive thru and staffs seem understand my oder, I had repeated 3 times but she just said I got it u got it, but no she messed all up
I was impressed with the timeliness and freshness of my mobile order. The staff were friendly and attentive. Definitely one of my better McDonald's experiences, especially when I feel like things have not been very good at most restaurants lately.
Went there to use my free meal due to them messing up my order place is supposed to be open til 11 was there at 1025 with four other cars and no one can to the speaker to take our order this place really needs to get it together
Ok. So this was my second time coming to this McDonald's. I had just moved here about almost 2 months ago, so I havent had any McDonald's in a minute. The first time I came, I got a chicken biscuit. That was fine. Buuuuut.... This morning, my second time to come, I get some breakfast, and when I get back to my place, I start eating it. And it is good at first, but then I get to the center, and it's freaking frozen. Not happy at all. At least the caramel macchiato was fine. So overall, imma give this place 3 stars.... But I most likely won't be going back to that location. McDonald's isn't the best anyways.#TeamBurgerKing
This is our regular stop ofr the high school debate team up to Chicago. The staff is always efficient at getting large groups out, and ordering ahead from the McDonald's app helped a lot. The restaurant is either new or newly remodeled, and it's clean and bright. A great experience for any McDonald's, but especially a highway adacrnt one!
As always drive through orders are almost always wrong. Its as if its a game to see how bad they can get your order wrong. I have trained my dog to do a better job at brng ng me back the correct item.
So far it's my favorite McDonald's spot in the area. Not every location works the same, therfore not always making the best quality food. This location definitely sets a high bar or is equivalent to the high bar.
