I would eat here more if the drive threw didn't literally take 25 minutes everytime to make a single sandwich. Its absurd really..
I'm currently not even ordering my own food here but rather trying to pick up someone's DoorDash order. Just yesterday I was assigned to pick up two DoorDash orders from this location and none of the workers ever paid attention to me when I was trying to pick up the orders, so I basically just left.Today I'm having to pick up an order from this location and the customer's order wasn't even in their system originally, but saying they'll make their order in 10 minutes; meanwhile I have another order from Panera I have to deliver that I'm definitely going to be late on.If you're going to allow mobile orders I'd suggest prioritizing those first.
I haven’t been here in a while and won’t be back. I forgot how long their drive thru takes. We have been in line for over 35 minutes for 1 baked potato. They have come out once and couldn’t explain what the delay was for. This happens every time but I had failed to remember. Won’t be back.
I love McAllisters food. However, as I write this I've been sitting in the drive though for over 45 minutes. I ordered a sandwich, a salad, and two soups. Should I not have paid already I would have left long ago. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location.
Wait over 35 minutes in drive thru and other people in front not me had been waiting 45 minutes . I saw over 15 cars just leave . I called and they told Me that they had gotten 15 online orders before us. Seems to me. Someone doesn’t know how to run this business. I hadn’t pay for my food yet so I just left . Think of all the money you lost by doing online orders first .
Delightful! Good, hot food in a timely manner. The staff was also super nice.This is everything I wanted Panera to be but it isn't.
Very slow service. They will let door dash people jump ahead in line.I understand being short staffed, but do not take your frustrations out on customers. Super rude.I have had hair in my food twice. There is always something missing. Won't be going back.

I really like McAlister's. I've only been there twice but holy cow, absolutely everything there looked incredible! I was sort of sad about what I ordered.. it was delicious, but I wanted to try everything else as well! I will absolutely be coming back, not only was the food great but so was the staff!
The drive thru takes FOREVER. Several times I've been here and the line takes 15 minutes or longer. Today's visit took 28 minutes to get a sandwich. That's unacceptable. The food is typically good, but too often it's wrong, and nearly always it takes my entire lunch break to get food.
