Tacos like the kind you get in Mexican neighborhoods in Chicago.Friendly service, not always as fast as I'd like, but quality takes time. However, they put cilantro on my taco when I asked not to. Nevertheless, great place; check them out.

One the best Pastor tacos I’ve tried. I wasn’t impressed with their rice or beans since they were bland and they charge 3 dollars per side but their tacos were excellent. They don’t have a phone so you can’t call for directions or to place orders ahead They should take down the “take out” option because in order to offer “take out” you need a phone number or website for customers to place orders. I had to walk around a closed mall to get to the food court when they could have easily add “How to find us” instructions on their menu and drive more sales to their business by adding a phone number and a working actual website to their business. They are located in the Food Court of Eastland Mall in Bloomington IL. Don’t make the same mistake I made by entering on the stores side instead of the food court side but since they have no way to communicate with customers other than Facebook and some of us don’t use Facebook they made it really hard for me to find them. I do recommend their tacos, giving them low ratings for lack of ways to communicate with customers.

Very good food and friendly service. It's nice to see a place in the food court, and it's close to State Farm (corporate).I got the steak burrito which came with chorizo potatoes. The green sauce was delicious, not too spicy.

I finally had the opportunity to try La Patrona's famous authentic tacos for my lunch today and I have to say, they really are the best tacos I've ever had here in town. I got the steak tacos and they were packed with flavor!! I was pleasantly surprised with the portions of food and the quality overall. I got a side of chips and salsa to go along with my tacos, but I had to save them to snack on for later. Everything is fresh and made to order. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions about ordering. Definitely recommend and will be going back for more!!

La Patrona is a delectable gem situated in the dying ruins of a once prosperous shopping center. It's as if I stumbled upon an oasis in a post-apocalyptic landscape. Staff was attentive and awesome. The food was well flavored with the red and green salsa being a choice harder than the red/blue bill than Neo made. Fresh, flavorful, and well priced. I'd give them a little while to completely get their bearing, but I can't wait till they help transform the arid hellscape of Eastland into a thriving center of culture.

We heard lots of good buzz about this food truck and finally got to check it out for ourselves. Have to agree they have some of the best tacos in town - tried the Chorizo, Steak and Al Pastor. They are flavorful and generous with the meat. Chorizo was good, not especially spicy. The grilled pineapple with the Al Pastor was a good compliment to the cilantro and onion. The steak had a lot of flavor from the grilling. My wife ordered the Hurrache, and it was gigantic compared to what we were expecting. Will be back!

Absolutely amazing food if you like authentic Mexican food. The tacos are by far the best in town. Very flavorful and generous portions. Brings back memories from home in Arizona. Hoping that moving into the food court at the mall they don't lose the charm but as long as the food stays the same they will be very successful. Definitely have a lifetime customer here.

Tacos were phenomenal closest locally to the street style tacos I've missed from Tucson. A little pricey but well worth it. Wish I had found this place sooner but sounds like they are reopening in the mall.

I love this place! I usually recommend this place to people who ask where can they find the best tacos. The food is made to order. Great place overall!

Some of the best tacos Al Pastor I’ve had! Flavorful, creative and cooked with love. Can’t wait to come back!
