Love this Place. And my kids too. Delicious fresh hot donuts and great prices. My kids love the baby mini donuts and the free hats
Donuts are amazing as usual. The theme ones are great! The issue I have is with this location’s (Bloomington-Normal, IL) staff. We have gone there about a dozen times and each time we are given attitude and leave feeling like we were a bother to the staff. Such a shame cause donuts are a universal happy food and I don’t leave feeling very happy!
Kids love the donuts! So does my hubby! A dozen sure doesn't seem to last long!We went thru the drive thru and the man taking the order was very patient with us as we customized our dozens! He was also the person taking the payment, and he was very friendly.
This was my first time here but it was awesome walking in and seeing the big donut maker, the smell was fantastic, and the cashier was really nice. The floor was really sticky but it's what to be expected in a donut place. LOVE the donuts.
We drive an hour and a half each way to pick up doughnuts for a fundraiser once a month. Long story, but the store was having machine issues, major staffing issues, and an all around bad morning. We had to wait a while to get our complete order, but the supervisor/ manager checked on us occasionally to be sure we were OK. Offered us drinks, etc. Very upbeat considering her situation. Could have told us they were unable to fulfill our offer, but came up with a solution/ substitution.Tiffany (sp) you and your tiny crew were rock stars today!!!!! Thanks for everything, and hope your day got a lot better!!!
Of course we were a little disappointed because the light wasn't on and we couldn't watch the donut making show or have those delicious warm donuts. But even when they're not warm there's still some of the best.
Haven’t had Krispy Kreme donuts in literal years. Had another errand to run but saw the store and decided to come back to it after the Errand. Pulled right up, no wait in the drive-thru. Was immediately helped. Waited less than 3 minutes to get our order and pay. It was SUPER quick! I absolutely love KK Donuts! Wish we had one in or closer to Champaign!
Disappointed in the coffee this morning, it had a bitter taste to it, I love it without added creamer and sugar. I treat myself to their coffee a few times a month! So I guess today wasn't one of those days. I called and talked to Ashley, she apologized and said they will replace it. So I'll go in next week. Other then that their pastries and coffee are the bomb! ?
Loved to donuts!!!!! Hated my service??drove 2hrs away to get them & told them I drove from outta town to get the donuts & asked if I could get the one's from the back but got an attitude instead
Finding it hard to believe there were only 4 varieties available to choose from when we visited. No glazed, no jelly filled, no custard filled or chocolate iced. This wouldn’t have been as frustrating if the person waiting on us had told us about the limited selection.We asked for 4 different kinds before we finally asked what she had available. And every time we spoke we got no response for at least 20 seconds and she asked us to repeat what we said. We finally asked what she had. If you have limited supply, just inform us when we order and save us both the time.
