I always like my original chicken meal and think the slaw is the best anywhere. Today the slaw was not as crisp as usual. The mashed potatos tasted like they were instant and not very good. I haven't had them for a long time but I remember them being better tasting. The biscuit was very dry and I forgot to ask for honey. The drive thru was fast.
We love kfc - however in the past month we have experienced :1. We are out of chicken — ?? How does that happen ? The wait is 40 min2. we have no crispy chicken3. We are out of biscuits3 separate occasions / dates all in the last 4 weeks …Please fix the entrance - I nearly lost a wheel in the huge huge area that is missing concrete .We want to continue to support this kfc - but please - remedy the consistency of menu items being avail -Please . I don’t cook and my family loves your chicken .
Three people see me standing at the front counter for at least ten minutes before I stated “is anyone taking car of the front counter” then someone came and took my my order. While this entire time some in was on the phone in the back cussing out someone on the phone loud enough that everyone in the lobby can hear him and his entire conversation very unprofessional and that no one working told him that the entire restaurant can hear his conversation.
Mashed potatoes from a box! Terrible! Chicken is not the way I remember from when the Colonel was in charge. 11 herbs and spices? Only if 10 of them are salt. Tiny chicken pieces too.
Don't ever order online. Ours went to the Bloomington IN store (our mistake, to be sure) but they literally wouldn't even call the other store to cancel that order for us to make a new one. Neither location would answer their phone. This would've been a very simple mistake to fix except KFC made it impossible to fix, kept our money, and didn't give us any food. All they would have had to do was have the other restaurant cancel the order. The tenders aren't cooked to order so we wouldn't actually have been costing the other location anything. I got scammed and it's positively infuriating.
Just went through dirve thru for 8 piece chicken meal asked for half original and half crispy said it would be 40 minute wait for crispy used to work at chicken place and I now better then asked if had corn on cob and was told no in mean way get to window and the girl was very rude then you could here them yelling in the back and still had to wait
I misspoke on a drive thru order. I meant tender combo, not chicken combo. I realized my mistake as I was pulling up to the window. I thought about the price difference from the same order a few days ago. I waved to get the attention of the lady at the drive thru. She would not look at me, would not acknowledge me until everything was gathered. She finally opened the window to ask for payment. This is when I corrected my order. She grumbled that I should not be allowed to change my order at the last second. My Mac n cheese, which I mentioned twice, was left off. I was NOT rude to the young lady.I felt the situation should have been handled better. Acknowledge the customer, repeat the order back to them, avoid misinterpretation. Don't stand with your back to them.Otherwise the food was good. This is why I went to this location twice in one week.
Skylar was such a beautiful vibe to me and my kids in the drive thru. Thank you for the fresh food. :)
Tried the chicken sandwich at the advice of my sister.The commercial doesn't do it justice as it looks more crunchy than meat, but it was the opposite. There was alot of meat and it was a very good sandwich.
This is a great place for chicken-based comfort food. Always hot and ready, but a little expensive for fast food. I am not sure what they did but they greatly improved their french fries.
