Last 2 times ordered for delivery it has taken over an hour and twenty both times then today we went if and as the only customers inside it still took over 25 minutes to get 2 sandwiches.
What a joke of a restaurant. First after an hour and half I call them to see where my order is, this is when they tell me that they delivered my food to the wrong address. They the say it will be about 30-45 more minutes to get my food. When I ask for my money back he says it will be another 5-8 business days.If this is the incompetence they show with a delivery, i don't trust them in making my food. I highly recommend ordering from somewhere else.
This location is always pretty quick and even faster if you go inside, staff is professional and friendly. Probably the best location in bloomington normal. Only downside is the small cramped parking lot.
if i could give 0 stars i would. took an hour for delivery and half my order was forgotten. took another hour just for the rest of my order. had to call 3 times. ridiculous.
Placed a order thru the app..asked for no tomato and no onion. They delivered the sandwich two different times with exactly what I asked to NOT have put on it. I’ve refrained from posting negative reviews but after this time I’m done with jimmy john this literally happens everytime i order from here either delivery or through the drive thru…no worries though because I was refunded but I’m good on y’all. For 21$ I’d like to assume the person making the food could read the orders he was making smh…
This location is terrible. Spent almost 10 plus mins waiting for 2 sandwich 1st in line in the drive thru. While they are packed full of employees just jabbing their gums. To top it off they incorrectly made my number 14. Avoid this jimmy John's
Literally ordered at 8:30 pm called back around 9:15 the lady said it was on the way it’s now 10:00 no one ever showed up I’m very disappointed iv never had problems in the past
This is the slowest I’ve ever gotten delivery from Jimmy Johns and I travel for a living. Your motto can’t be “freaky fast” when you actually took over 40 minutes to delivered my meal, when your only 1.6 miles away from my hotel. Very disappointed.
Thank you Jimmy's for fixing your drive thru issues. Stopped here the other night and they are back to making excellent sandwiches freaky fast. One of my favorite places to eat.
You can get better at Subway. This is supposed to be a #7 Spicy East coast Italian. Save your money and go somewhere else.
