After being trapped in line at the drive thru menu board line for 20 min and only two cars in front of me, one begs to wonder if they shouldn't change their slogan to subs so slow you'll die waiting.

Awful customer service and delivery! The supposed manager " Charnette" offered no apology for my order being an hour and twenty minutes late. I placed the order online and it claims it was delivered. But I never got my food. I called and asked why my order hasnt been delivered and its been a hour. The girl said "oh my god oops ill deliver it right now" . 20 minutes later my food still was not delivered. I called back and spoke to the manager. Who had a nasty attitude and claimed she had no control of the Jimmy Johns website because its a 3rd party app. I then asked so what about my order being over an hour late? She said well the driver is on its way! No apology and she said she didnt know why my order was not delivered. Very unprofessional. I guess they are just hiring anybody this days. I will never order anything else from this location.

The delivery service here is AWEFUL!! When you order online and I literally ordered 23 minutes after they opened online and they are suppose to have SPEEDY delivery services and I am literally not far from them and it takes over an hour or so before I get my food! example: it was 11:23am when I ordered my food and its now 12:50pm.. Food is normally really good and I will have to say that The manager does try to help and offers to give free sandwiches and etc. for the inconvenience. Recommend that you go in or go through drive threw there!

Last night, we waited over one hour to get a sloppy mess. The tuna unwich was apparently the “bottom of the tuna bucket”—we didn’t get the double tuna or bacon we ordered. I get you only have one driver, but make sure the sandwiches are correct and edible if you’re going to take over an hour

Legitimately the slowest Jimmy John's I have ever been to, quality is typically fine but we are talking 20-30mins in the drive-thru during lunch hours

The girl that deliver my food was on her phone. Is that why it took so long? Later when I went to eat my tuna didn't have tomatoes and the serving was a child size. I've been having issues and continue to order but now I'm done. Sorry not sorry

My company orders here religiously but lately they have been off. I ordered and never received my food. The employee or manager acted as if it was no big deal even though I had waited for a long time. I asked to cancel and the manager had an attitude in the background saying it would take 3 days to refund my money on my card. I then said Id pick up myself, they didn't apologize or offer any kind of explanation. I will be moving to my companies orders to another jimmy johns. Poor service and the sandwich was bogus too

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. We’ve been to hundreds of Jimmy Johns over the years. This was by far the worst experience. The person working the drive thru kiosk was impatient and did not get our order correct on the ticket. It took an abnormal amount of time to get our order. We were missing two drinks that the person working the kiosk had “missed” one of our sandwiches had three measly pieces of turkey. This was the same sandwich we had asked for cheese on. On the drinks that they didn’t miss was supposed to be a coke but was actually a cherry coke. When we called to report that our order was messed up they said that they were training someone which is understandable from the time standpoint but regardless they did not include cheese on the sandwich and there should have been some sort of quality control/supervisor to watch the person being trained.

After 20 minutes, still got the completely wrong order, even after correcting it at the window. Ordered two little John's with adjustments for allergies (no tomato on both, no mayo on one of them). These were combos with two different sodas and two bags of chips. Woman at the window tried charging me $22 for those. Those combos are $6 a piece so I knew she had it entered wrong. Corrected it with her (or at least I thought), and then more waiting began After driving away, both sandwiches were wrong, we only got one bag of chips, and both sodas were the same.Not sure which woman they decided to put at the window that day but she really shouldn't be there. Come on guys.

I’ve ordered from here maybe 30 times in the last year and they never fail to destroy my order. It took 2 hours and 15 min to get here, or in the lifespan of a sandwich 120 years. Thing was hard as Mount Rushmore and the tour of McLean county my drink got to go on melted the ice to a brackish ocean of water and coke. The straw much like the ice did not survive, either forgotten or used for something els. After adding a tip of $3 tip I had found my credit card had canceled itself. But At least it wasn’t dropped off at my neighbors house for the 5th time. Most of all I’m glad Gordon Ramsey wasn’t here to see this.
