Great subs. They slice the meat in front of you or they have a portobello mushroom sub if you want to go vegetarian. Quick and easy and delicious!
Our first time visiting tonight, was recommended to us! Loved the sandwich. Will definitely come back sometime soon.
There sandwiches are wonderful I usually get the 13 regular on rosemary parmesan which is Italian meats an provolone. You can get it Mike's way which is lettuce, tomato, onion, vinegar and oil as well as spices.

Unfortunately, we ran into the same issues of slow service speed (ordered a hot sandwich and it took about 30 minutes), lack of service (wasn't asked what I wanted on the sandwich), and very little interaction while ordering. The facilities were clean and our food tasted alright, but the poor service really overshadowed
I’m a big Jersey Mikes fan! I refuse to eat at the Bloomington’s store again. The staff was rude to my son whom never had tried Jersey Mikes before today. They didn’t ask him if he wanted anything else. The girl that waited on him told him rudely that do the hot sandwiches first and didn’t even ask what he wanted on his sandwiches…very disappointed in Jersey Mike. The manager was too busy to talk to me when I called, thus this review. I will go back to Springfield or Peoria.
Typically we like Jersey Mike's, but the last few online orders we've don tried, our order is never ready for the time we select. Sometimes it's a few minutes later, maybe up to 10 minutes. We went in today and our order (2 sandwiches) was not ready until 30 minutes after our scheduled pick-up time. It would have been faster had we just shown up and ordered inside.
super nice people and great subs but the service is painstakingly slow. order ahead and it's not ready. order in person and it takes 30 minutes for 2 simple subs with a crew of 7 working. pretty ridiculous if you ask me
Always quick and friendly, which can be surprising for how busy this place often is! One of my favorite sandwich chains and the one in Bloomington is just a great as any other. Never a bad experience!
The sub I had (Philly cheese steak) was good and the staff were friendly and efficient.What I didn't like was that the music was way too loud. I felt like I was in a bar. I realize this is an old-man complaint, but it was very distracting.
First time trying Jersey Mike’s and sadly it didn’t live up to the hype this time around. I got the Italian sub and I think the woman who made mine must’ve put way too much red wine vinegar because the entire sandwich just tasted like I was eating a lemon with how sour it was. I just couldn't even finish it. For a $10 sandwich that’s pretty disappointing. I’ve heard good things about them so I’ll try to give them another chance at some point.
