Order was placed online. You can't call in your order anymore because I was told that, "Too many people call their orders in and then don't pick them up." Fine. I placed my order online and it was supposed to be ready at 1 pm. I arrived at 12:50-1:00. I had to wait another 30 minutes for my food. Never got an apology; just, "your food is coming." When we get home the food was mediocre. Order the strawberry and creme crepes. They came folded up, empty like Naan bread, no whip cream and no creme sauce for it. Just strawberries and some type of strawberry jam/persevere. When I called to see about it, they told me it was in there and it was right. Never asked for my name or order number. She clearly didn't want to deal with it. Overall not happy with the food, service or how they handled the situation. I won't be back ????♀️?
Good breakfast, pancakes and their breakfasts are their best meals and what they are known for. Pretty clean building, with plenty of parking and conveniently located just off Empire Street and very close to Veterans Parkway. You can also go online for pick-up or delivery orders. Masks are optional.
IHOP was a pleasant experience. We have eaten there before and have always enjoyed what we ordered. Today's visit was not any different. The service was great and the food was delicious.
Made me wait for 40 min for a omelette, my god these people are so slow. My dad was 74 years and you made us wait for this long when we were hungry, no apology from anyone at the restaurant. No sympathy towards your customers. this is absolutely not acceptable for a restaurant like IHOP, if someone from the management looks at this please call me or send me an email or reply back to this review. This was the wort experience ever.
Entirely to loud. With my 93 year old Mom, we could barely have a conversation. We were seated among screaming kids, and right next to the mixing station (really, the shake mixer is in the dinning room-how.about putting it away from the dinning area.) Also, we waited over an hour for our food. This was my first time there, and will be the last.
Waitress shorted our change and then gave us attitude when we asked her to give us the 6 dollars. Didn't accuse her of anything was polite to her and was about to give her 23% tip. Her attitude made it clear it wasn't an accident. She tried to rip us off. I am telling absolutely everyone I know.
Awful experience. Got the omlette with pancakes. Asked for a simple upgrade (chocolate chips in pancakes). Agreed to the additional charge as expected but server rang up the order as separate leading to an additional $9.99 on the bill instead of the upgrade charge. Manager had left for the day (530pm on a Thursday). I fully understand places are struggling to maintain staff but it's inexcusable to have the supervisor not know the menu nor how to ring items up. Giving two stars because aside from the billing and service debacle the food was actually good. Won't be back. Spend your money elsewhere.
Gross carpets with lettuce on the floors booths looked dirty too. I asked to be moved and they cleaned a section for us. When I asked the fist waitress it seemed like an inconvenience for her! She went to ask the hostess and then the hostess came to our table and said they'd clean an area for us. They need to vacuum and clean the carpets here. The waitress we had in the other section of the restaurant was so sweet and nice. Still won't be coming back here, though!2 stars for the waitress, not the establishment.
Great place for pancakes…and Chicken Fajita Omelette
Last time we went to IHOP it was such a good experience so today we went and ordered a dish that included all you can eat for pancakes and also refillable drinks, it started off good we got our order placed and waited a while for our food which was fine and expected, the only issues we really had was that our server never came to check in with us at all until we got our bill, we didn't get asked for refills and didn't even get a chance to get extra pancakes that were suppose to be unlimited. Overall the food was good just wish that we were able to get what we payed for and decent customer service even though there was only three tables being used in the whole restaurant
