The atmosphere was okay, but I felt rushed to hurry up and order our food. It was our first time there and we were not asked if we wanted an appetizer or if we knew what we wanted. We told the waitress that it was our first time there and she just said she would give us more time to look over the menu instead of giving us an idea of what to order.We eventually made up our minds after her 5th time coming over and interrupting us. The food was overall great and besides the kids running around and the lights flickering to the music to the background it was pretty decent. I'm not sure I'd come back as it just seems way too overwhelming for me.
Great friend service and food is real good
Unless I am missing something, Hacienda Leon is by far the best Mexican restaurant in the Normal-Bloomington area.Nice ambiance, courteous service, great variety of delicious dishes and reasonable prices.You can choose from traditional to more authentic Mexican food.
It's got a great decor.The food is solid, but very very similar to the other Mexican restaurants in town.....they have the benefit of being HUGE, so they are very rarely on a wait....the bigger issue is parking when it's really really packed.
Never a bad experience here. Best Mexican food in town, fast service with amazing & friendly staff. Also has the best margaritas in Bloomington-Normal. My favorite restaurant.
Fast and friendly service and great food
We love Hacienda! It's our favorite Mexican restaurant in town. We are always seated quickly and our table is always clean. Our food is always delicious and everything is brought to us perfect every single time whether we dine in or carry-out. We live about 15-20 minutes away and even when we bring our food home it stays warm and packed nicely. Highly recommend!
Food and service is always great. Large servings that are totally worth the price. They also have great and friendly staff.
