Ordered a large all-pepperoni pizza for delivery from the Domino's on Oakland Avenue in Bloomington Illinois. Opened the box to find about a third of it (see photo) was plain cheese, no pepperoni topping .... and that they cut it so off-center that I had to cut three of the pieces with my own kitchen scissors just so that my children could hold the slices. Oh and part of it was burned. I've never seen anything like this. When I called the store the manager got weirdly angry, started shouting, and then hung up. So that's the last time I order from Domino's.
Never have ordered from this Domino's but it was one of the best one ever! online order was easy and quick!
Not really sure why but after already having one order incorrectly made totally left off my Alfredo sauce on pasta and pizza I receive credit but then when I re order food the next time I order a buffalo chicken pizza and they still don’t put the buffalo sauce nor sauce on the pizza and no cheddar cheese just mozzarella chicken and onion
I will never order from Domino's again worst experience ever customer service was awful they're recorded service was awful my pizza was over 2 hours late and it was cold nobody wanted to take responsibility I'm done
Very poor customer service by the store manager , Sam. I was charged twice for my order. I called back to ask that the additional charge be removed. when Sam got on the call, he couldn't have cared less! I had to ask for his name. He just told that double charging happens a few times a day so its no big deal. He said it will come off at midnight. This used to be my favorite Domino's, but in the last few months, its gone down hill.By the way, the additional charge never came off !
The lady on the phone was incredibly rude. I cannot emphasize this enough! She was playing word games and not acknowledging the conversation. Quite bizarre and should be fired for her behavior. Just another reason to not choose dominos!
Always fast and friendly. Thin crust is my favorite. No complaints.
Driver cancelled my order upon arrival?! Called the store and their only explanation was “she brought the pizza back and said something about there not being enough drivers”. If this is true then why cancel my order when you are about to arrive? Lol. Didn’t refund my tip either. Def not ordering from this location again and letting anyone else know how bad of a taste you left in my mouth
Someone else had our order and drove off with it. They then came back 5 min later and the worker turned around and gave it to me. Pretty sure that’s against code :/ Also, I ordered Brooklyn crust and it was Hand-tossed. The crust issue has happened the past 2 times I’ve ordered at this location.
Called order for delivery was told thirty mins an hour later still no food and they were going to send me cold food. The manager Arjun the rudest manager left me on hold for a long time and was offended that I asked why was I told thirty mins if you didn’t have a driver i waited an hour just to be offered rudeness and disrespectful attitude if Arjun doesn’t like his job why does he work there ??And with the reviews this place has I would say dominos could care less about its customers just whatever money they can get . Should be closed or whole new crew
