We like to go for the friendly atmosphere and the good cold ice cream ? and all the ice drink are just so good clean fair prices and nice to go and get a cool treat we go allot
all i wanted was reese’s in my ice cream. i was told they only had peanut butter cups. i said ok. i didn’t see any cups in my ice cream. i felt uncomfortable.
My family went out to eat and I ended up with two raw pieces of chicken the manager refunded our chicken but I still ended up throwing up because it made sick.
Very disappointed & or dissatisfied. usually a go to fast food place for me. still will be, just not this location… only two cars in front of me and zero cars behind me the whole 45 minutes I was waiting in the drive thru. asked for, four ranches, was only given two + charged the extra two ranches. asked for a chicken strip basket.. gave me chicken strips w no toast :/.
This particular Dairy Queen is always clean and workers friendly. They have a large eat in area and outside seating as well. Good place to go with kids or larger groups.Their menu is also larger than expected and offers a good variety of food other than desserts (hamburgers, chicken nuggets, salads, etc.) Desserts are still excellent. But like so many other restaurants, portions have become noticeably smaller and prices much higher. All of their basket meals used to come with a small dessert, but not any more. Bummer. To add it to my lunch would put the meal over the $10.00 mark. That's a bit high for fast food.
I think the employees need to go back to preschool and learn how to count.Sorry, but angry to only find 2 chicken strip in my bag when I ordered 3. Let's see, how do we count to 3!
Have ordered an oreo blizzard multiple times to come home to half of the blizzard being just vanilla ice cream.
The cook named Zander not following food safety. I watched him make the food touching ready to eat food with his bare hands after touching his shirt, pants and mask. Even after I let someone know they tried to deny it when they watched him make the food he puts both gloves on and touches all the same pants, shirt and mask then touches the food. Then the the cashier was rude after I had reported it and told our friends who decided to go ahead and get their food and said “you guys will have to wait another ten minute because we have to make fresh burgers now.” The attitude was uncalled for.
Rude staff and watched the people in the kitchen make ready to eat food with bare hands touching all the food with bare hands meanwhile touching everything else like his pants, shirt, mask ext. After saying something the staff was rude to not only us but the people I was with.
Last time they got my order wrong. I asked for just JUST onion and pickles on my cheeseburger. And then I said to add extra onion. They charged me 30 or $0.35 for a little extra onion. And then I found there was ketchup and everything else on the cheeseburger.The people are nice, the food was good.I absolutely KNOW I communicated that properly as I have ordered that before.People honestly make mistakes occasionally. This is still a good place to grab a bite to eat and ice cream. STILL "four stars". Employees are kind and have been customer friendly. LOVE the $4 special (Cheeseburger and Sunday)
