I am not big on fast food, but Culver's is my favorite. Their burgers are the best and their chicken and fish sandwiches are also good. The cheese curds are awesome. I have tried to recreate them at home. I will always get my curds from Culver's. The service is great, no matter which one I go to. They are friendly and patient, I've never seen them rush a customer.
Food was great, as always for Culver’s. Made fresh & was really quick.Only problem with this location is the layout of the restaurant. It’s like a maze, rather confusing just to get to the register in how they have it configured. Either blow out a wall or get better signage.
Staff is friendly. Cleanliness sometimes suffers due to how busy the restaurant is, but they do their best
I was having a bad day and all I wanted was a mini frozen custard I understand they were busy however they had so many staff and no one knew what was going on half of them were standing around I ordered and when over half an hour passed I asked about my order and was informed it was put in a cooler because they did not call it out or see if the person was there.. my custard was completely melted when I asked for it to be remade the person in the back making them yelled to the entire restaurant “ YEAH IT WAS MELTED IT HAD FUDGE “ I understand hot fudge does melt it a little however the entire thing was nothing but liquid in summary everyone was rude and extremely disorganized I’m very disappointed and won’t think I will be returning
I don’t know what they put on the floor but it is SLIPPERY beyond belief! I’m visiting elderly relatives and I was scared to death they were going to fall. Heck I was scared I was going to go sliding across the dining room. Another customer waiting for the restroom concurred- she said she has previously broken her hip and was petrified she’d fall again. No joke- STAY AWAY if you value your bones.
I have never seen a Culver's with this much business. They had 3 lanes for drive thru orders, and they each lane was easily 3-4 cars deep. We decided to go inside to avoid the line, but it was a solid 20 minute wait for our food. Fortunately, it was delicious and worth the wait. I had the fish sandwich, and my friends had cheeseburgers. Everyone was very happy with their meal.
Well, since the "owner" is clueless about his fledgling franchise, I will tell you why it's only two stars. First off, this is hands down the slowest, and most dysfunctional Culver's I've ever stopped at. I was put 3 lanes over when I ordered my food, and I noticed it was taking a real long time to get my order. Then, your employee would bring out 5-6 orders at once, instead of immediately when they are cooked. Heaven forbid he earn his $15 an hour for a job anyone can do.Thereby negating the whole "made fresh when you order" like a real Culver's. Obviously, my food was not hot. If you like "Culver's, DO NOT STOP HERE because they don't know how to run a restaurant from the top down.
We waited 20 min and our order had not arrived. I had to go in and get someone's attention and they had it set up as to go order and started laughing about it. It was not a to go order and I expiciltly said we are sitting in the outdoor area. I had to go back in to get the root beer float made. They also did not give me dressing. I was so disgusted at this point I didn't even go back in. Food was only so so.They were not necessarily happy about getting it made. Never have I had such poor service at a culver's
I have been going here since I found out I was pregnant and was craving a gluten free chicken sandwich meal since I have celiac disease. There’s not many places in town to go to get a gluten free chicken sandwich, but I will NOT be coming back. I have given this establishment countless tries to get my order correct and foolishly I kept coming back. Tonight was my final straw as I came home from a 9 hour shift I went to grab a gluten free meal. What happened? They completely forgot my fries that I paid extra for. How do you remember ranch but not fries? Oh an apparently they have been out of mayo for the last two months because they never seem to pack that into the bag when that’s all I ask for with the sandwich . Other mistakes have been made but I’m just fed up with it. Have a great one Culver’s. Oh and cherry on top was my chicken was cold. I will not be recommending this place to anyone at all.
Usually do not get my order correct. I live out of town so hard to get back to return the order. Tried to call to report. No one answers the phone. Paid for 2 meals I could not eat. Was told no refund due to time passed in reporting the mistake. Very disappointing.
