We wanted to stop for lunch while on the road. It's been a while since we last ate there. I got the Bacon Hashbrown Casserole and Jim got the Southern Fried Chicken. His meal came with the option of two sides so he tried the corn and fried apples. James was our waiter was very attentive. The food was good and good portions. The gift shop was great snd reasonably priced.
Had a very good time here! The service was great and the food was cooked fresh. I ordered the Grandma's plate. It was a little bit of everything which was great! I also got a vanilla latte for the drink.
The only reason this got two stars is because the food was really good. The experience was awful. At first sitting at the table we found salt, crumbs, and straw paper all over the table. We had to clean it ourselves. Then we waited for about 15 minutes for someone to come take our drink order only to realize that she’d been all around our table and just hadn’t come to take our order. She came back with our food and bread later and never once filled our drinks.Other people around us were flagging her down asking for drinks too. We couldn’t ketch her to get a drink. So it wasn’t just our table.Once she finally came back we had been finished with our food for a long time and we’re just trying to get her attention for to go boxes. And as the pattern goes… we waited for those too. And waited… and I almost got a manager and she came with the boxes. We wanted a good meal not a sit for an hour total just trying to get the things we needed.
Ok once again this cracker barrel was awful the waitress was extremely rude and just hateful. I will not be back to this one either just so sad.i know it's not the company's fault it's the store's fault. I'm NOT looking for anything for free. This store and the one in Urbana need retraining or something. The best cracker barrel I have ever been to was in Georgia and in Florida
We visit this Cracker Barrel frequently. The food at this location is good. The turkey gravy is way too thin and occasionally the corn muffins are too crunchy. But, overall the food is what we expect from this, our favorite, restaurant chain. Our favorite server remembers what we order from one visit to the next. All the servers and cashiers are friendly and helpful. The store is always neatly stocked and usually has something new to offer.
Missy G manager should be General if not area Manager, Best Ran Cracker barrel in all our travels!Tough neighborhood but this place was the cleanest with the best service ever experienced at any cracker barrel!!!Polite wonderful staff everywhereFood is always as expected especially when you order food that can't be premade.Keep up the great work
Took 50 minutes to get a salad and eggs and hasbrowns. Had to ask 4 times for napkins. Food was cool/not warm when delivered to table. Disappointing
Quick and friendly service. Great food as always.
Had to try out Cracker Barrel again. Haven’t been to one in awhile.Immediate seating, server very helpful.I had the meatloaf special for lunch which came with a side and either biscuits or cornbread muffin. I chose the cornbread and corn for a side. A very generous portion of meatloaf accompanied the mashed potatoes and corn. The wife had catfish with steak fries and baby carrots. I thought the carrots were a little too soft, but my wife liked them. All was very tasty and filled us for lunch. Total bill came to just over $20. No drinks, only water.Would recommend positively!!
Tasha was great to us! She explained well the bulls your own breakfast and I decided to go with moms French toast which was so good. Not too sweet! It was so good I finished it all!
