We had the best waiter we have ever had at any restaurant. He was attentive and made sure everything was perfect. By far the best experience at a restaurant.

Good food, specialty is burgers, ribs and fajitas. Family atmosphere and conveniently located just off Veterans Parkway, with plenty of parking. They have dine-in, curbside and delivery and they will take online ordering. Polite, courteous and attentive staff. The food comes warm and tasty.

The experience was very good in the beginning. I had a server Victoria and she is excellent. Very thorough but then we had a different server Brandon which was a bit nervous bit did ok. Our food was out very quickly but we had no silverware when we ate. No big deal. The reason for the 3 stars was the wait for the ticket to pop in at the table. 20 minutes is a long time no wait for a ticket plus nobody came by to check. Will I go back again yes but maybe a different day besides Saturday afternoon. ?
My husband and I had a terrible experience at the Chili’s in Normal, IL tonight. We had made an order online for the 2 for $25 dinner and including an 18% tip, we paid about $32 online for our order (so not a complicated order) — But received nothing! It was indicated online that our order would be ready in 30 minutes so after 30 minutes we got to the restaurant and parked in one of the curbside pickup parking spots. The sign at the parking spot actually says to kick back and wait, then our order would be brought to us. After 15 minutes of waiting with no one saying anything to us, my husband went inside to check. He was told that our order was coming so he came back to the car. We waited another 15 minutes and watched as other cars that were there before and after us got their food. We’d been waiting for a half-hour at that point. Then my husband went inside again. After 20 minutes he finally came out with NOTHING. He was told they LOST OUR ORDER. Instead of apologizing with sincerity and offering to make our order next, he was told it would be another 45 minutes. He then wanted a refund and it took a great while for one of the managers to come and process a refund but she didn’t give him a receipt and said it would take FIVE DAYS! Not only did we not get the food we paid for but the restaurant can’t give us our money back immediately? This is not only rude, careless and incompetent service, but I think it’s suspicious for this restaurant to not only lose our order; fail to provide our food, an explanation or a sincere apology; but not be able to give an immediate refund too. We paid for absolutely nothing and we feel cheated. I do not recommend this establishment!!

Had delicious lunch there. Service was outstanding. Server was very attentive and timely in serving. Service was unbelievably quick. Salads arrived almost before we completed ordering. We will be back.
Tables are not clean. Food is not that great. Most importantly, the waiter started cleaning the floors making huge noise even though my family including my 5 yr old was still eating. We were very disappointed and left the food and went out. Bad management. I will not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Not worth your time and money.
7 of us went in to eat at 4:30 and they wanted to squeeze us in one table for 6 or two sepwrate tables across from each other. They said they could not accommodate by putting two tables together. We had people out of town and two tables across from each other would be hard to visit with one another. The only other option was to wait a half hour for another server to arrive. We wanted early, to avoid the rush.We left and we accommodated at another establishment in seconds.The server and host were unhelpful and never asked a manager nor apologized.Chilis lost over a $200.00 tab tonight and my business.
