Everyone there is always polite, and will open registers immediately if lines start to form. However they are never opened as advertised, which is fine but they keep confirming they are 24 hrs. They were closed by 11pm and haven't opened as of 530am. This is usually my experience to/from work.
The last few weeks I cant depend on this gas station being open early b4 I go to work at 6am and all lights are off inside yet the pump lights are on. This has been going on for weeks
Great location and products, but they can't pay the employees enough to keep the place open. It's regularly closed before advertized. Pay more, offer more benefits, and your employees will stay.... If this is not possible then the place should just close, and I really hope that doesn't happen.

Very clean restrooms and store. We stopped on a drive from STL to Chicago. Wish I had caught his name, but the employee who was working the counter today (11/11 around 11:30am) was so kind. He opened a second register to check out other customers because I had to go get something else, he gave my toddler her apple juice when she was getting agitated that check out was taking a while, and he ran out to our car to bring us the lid for her juice that we had left. We appreciated the small acts of patience as having a toddler can be chaos. :)

Best Casey's in my area if we are talking about the niceness of the staff and quality of the pizza. But loses alot of points for not enforcing mandatory masking policies on customers (staff mask compliance is 100%). Other businesses do a good job of enforcing theirs please do your part to keep us all safe, I miss seeing live music and going to beer festivals.
I have never had a bad experience at Casey's in Whitehall illinois. They are the most respectful nicest people I have ever met
Great food, good selection of products. Store is clean and staff are nice. Prices are a little high but that's to be expected at a gas station. Highly recommend the pizza if you've never had it.
