The ice cream is good but not amazing. The prices are very good as well. My only real complaint is that the seating isn't very good.
Close to our home, so we have always enjoyed walking up the street to get a tasty treat, for the past 9 years! I was disappointed in service this past week when we went. I realize many of the employees are working for their first time, but when you hand someone an ice cream cone, a napkin is a given. I had to ask for one and staff rudely responded- in addition, staff was very involved in their own conversations with one another and didn't seemed focused on what they were doing. They have much to learn-

Ice cream was delicious. Service was really bad. Three girls working and only two were preparing orders. The two preparing orders were loudly joking around and even cursing. Received shakes with ice cream running down the cup. Received no napkins or a spoon. Asked one girl to wipe the ice cream off the cup and she was clearly bothered by that request. She stared me down while handing me the shakes and didn't say a word of thanks. I felt like I interfered with play time. Not returning to either location.
Pretty nice little place with decent icecream. Nothings perfect but this icecream tries it hardest. The only problem I have with this place it takes quite a while sometimes to get anything, but like they say a good thing is always worth the wait.
