There were many tables that were dirty and the floor needed cleaned up and around the garbage was pretty nasty never seen this place that bad before
Service was friendly, place was clean, they did their best in the heat they had going on..ugh.
Conveniently located just off Veterans Parkway in Normal. Good breakfast menu, fast drive-thru, good tasting Whoppers and fries. The employees seemed nice and got our order right. The French Toast sticks with syrup are very good. Everything was warm.
Pulled up to drive thru around 10pm. Someone asked if we'd like to try the whopper combo and we said we were okay. Then we tried to use a coupon code but didn't show up on the phone. So we decided to place an online order. The whole process was less than a minute. Order was placed but the worker left the restaurant during that time. My credit card was charged but we couldn't get the meal. Went to a different BK to get a different order. It's okay to close 1 hour early but just make sure the online order is disabled.
Very seldom do I go out for breakfast. Took my daughter out while having our vehicles serviced. Ham and cheese egg croissantwich and potato rounds were good.
The staff here is extremely friendly and that stands out. Every time I head to this BK I am always greeted with an excellent tone and they are super adaptable to making changes to an order.
Not a state of the art facility, but it was clean and typical. They had strawberry shakes on the menu board, so I ordered one, only to be told they don't have them anymore.
I had to wait a long time for my food and they still got my order wrong
generally well prepared sandwiches the fries are hit or miss The nuggets are good but they should just call them what they are ....chicken chipsI drive past the one on South veterans to go to this one for honesty and accuracy.
