Said plain burger 4 times even at the window before I paid. Burger still had all the toppings so kid wouldn’t eat it. My burger was absolutely disgusting. Never again
Happily took my money elsewhere. Even steak n shake offers better service and time
It's a typical BK. Service was about as fast as I expected. Food was also typical quality
The wait time and attitude of the team is extremely terrible. Service with a smile went out the window here. I saw one person come from the outside and went straight to work without taking his temperature and washing his hands. ?
The manager doesn't wash his hands after smoking cigarettes. Unbelievable. Someone needs to take care of this problem!
Wasn't a fan. Couldn't get a crispy chicken sandwich because they said no fried food but yet we could get onion rings. (??) The bun on my burgers were kinda hard. Cheese was left off one cheeseburger. The onion rings were good at least.
Had some really good Whoppers here. The staff seemed to care and it was pleasantly surprising!
I would give them ZERO stars if that were an option. I ordered online at 930pm, the app and site said they were open until 11pm. In fact, right now, the site still says open. My order went through, and I went to the restaurant to pick it up. When we went to the teller we were told they'd be right with us, and then were ignored for ten minutes, before a guy said that they were closed early and that their manager made that decision.Okay, I get short staffing. But it is possible to CHANGE YOUR HOURS ONLINE OR TO HAVE THE DECENCY TO NOT LET ORDERS COME IN THROUGH THE APP. Thank goodness the customer service number got me straight to a person who immediately issued a full refund. (SHE was great! )This is the second time I've had issues with this location. Last time my order was royally messed up. I'm beyond disappointed and annoyed- I'm actually disgusted.
Tried to order twice and the first time they didn't mention they were out of chicken, second time I tried to order just the chicken and they told me they were out but made the dasher and I contact doordash, then closed at 9 online. So that was a pretty bad experience. Also the employees there were pretty rude.
Burger King is a classic and one of my favorite fast food joints but at this particular burger the service is terrible, food is made sloppy, not going back to that one, management needs to step it up.
