Best B Dubs we have been to in Illinois! The brisket Nachos are big enough for 2 people to enjoy. Very roomy & clean!! Fast service. Hot delicious food too!!!
Love the wing sauce choices. As many places as I’ve tried this one has the best sauce selection. A nice menu mix as well.
Near the airport. Consistent with our franchise locations. Decent service. Plenty of screens to watch. Can get packed early on Fridays. Can get hard to get soda refills.
Filling a form would never make a difference . All the response they did was to ask us to fill out the form and disappear after filling the form. No action was taken once I provided my feedback I even tried to call them know what action did they take to prevent the incidences from happening. I think Buffalo wild wings on Empire Street is losing their customers. A loyal customer like me .
I was passing through the other day and decided to stop in BWW with the family. No one was ahead of us but we had to wait several minutes while the hostess was texting someone on her phone before we were seated. When we asked for crayons for our kiddos' childrens menus, the hostess flatly replied, "we don't have any," then stalked away to get back on her phone. Our server was friendly but not at all helpful. She showed up to take our order and bring our bill - not much more, not much less. We had to ask three times for silverware and napkins and no refills on drinks were offered. The one saving grace was the tall, skinny, blonde guy who was our food runner for the day. He was fast, efficient, and helpful. The food was okay but overall, the experience was pretty disappointing for the $100 we spent.
Portion sizes are so small but prices are too high. I ate there 30 minutes ago $30 with tip for a few wedges and a tiny wrap, had to get six boneless since the wrap was tiny. I won’t be back again. Ridiculous
Took my family on a Thursday evening, about 445pm. The waitress did not have much knowledge. I asked about the trivia and she didn't know what I was talking about so she had to go to her manager. She returned and said it was only Wednesday nights...an hour later trivia is on the tv in front of me for everyone to play on the BWW app. I pointed it out to the waitress who immediately threw her manager under the bus.The bathroom was filthy, I've included a photo of the urinal that I used. The photo doesn't include the trash on the floor, the uncleaned sinks, or the over flowing trash cans. Finally, the food! Food was delicious. Again, the waitress didn't know what was what. I ordered 15 wings with 3 different sauces to try and they all came out on the same platter (literally a metal baking sheet - BWW saving money on those paper boats/baskets). The 3 flavors were touching each other, possibly tainting the taste, and unlabeled! That's right! I ordered the BLAZIN CAROLINA REAPER, Jammin Jalepeno, and Medium - so I had wings all over the flavor and heat spectrums... WHY WOULDN'T YOU LABEL THEM!?Bill was $120 (we had a couple of cocktails), left a 15% tip even though I was not happy with my experience...family of four fed for $138. I think I'll reserve my next visit to a different location, and definitely only for special occasions.
Very disappointed. Husband and I ordered wings and fries. Food came out fast. Both meals luke warm. You could tell the wings and fries had both been under warming lights. No way you cook chicken that fast. Got our food, then the waitress just left. No silverware or napkins. Definitely not worth the $40.00 we had to pay.
very unprofessional behavior by the bartender. He was using abusive language to the guests. We have always been respectful and long term customers. Our checks were big and our tips were always big to them. But they don't deserve it. Never going again to this location anymore.
I was surprised at how reasonable the drink prices were. The special was a $3 tall IPA and it was respectable. The cheese curds were tasty. The service was not very attentive at first (possibly short-staffed) but once the shift change came, it was much better.
