First time trying a Bob Evans, I was impressed. It was clean and busy. Our waitress was really good friendly and very helpful. The food was really good and came hot . I would highly recommend this restaurant. We were very happy with eating here.
Plenty of open tables, plenty of wait staff running around, still took 20 minutes for a hostess to seat a seriously backed up lobby. Ordered food (all of us got biscuits and gravy) and low and behold eggs and bacon are brought out, and we're told we gotta wait 20 more minutes for biscuits. I'd have rather waited for the whole meal and not had cold food that was gonna go on top of them.I mean, I feel bad for the server, it's not her fault the kitchen is staffed by idiots and the host totally unaware.
Very disappointed.Stood in the door waiting to be seated for about 10 minutes.When we finally got seated we had to wait another 5 or 10 minutes just to get a drink order then our waitress disappeared after that had to wait another 20 minutes to get our food order taken by the time we got our food mine was burnt my tea tasted like water it was just very disappointing all the way around
The service at this place today was phenomenal. I walked in the host was nice. The waiter was in such a happy mood, very polite, and fast. The cook and other guys in the back all said hi to each other which is so amazing to see staff in a very amazing attitude. Let me say I have NEVER been to a place where the employees are in a good mood, this place was. I hope everyone is rewarded for showing such good behavior!Food was amazing! I ordered the whole hog and banana bread.
At 9:30am we stopped in for breakfast and it was delicious and awesome! Shelley took real good care of us. Wait time for our meal was reasonable, coffee was good and cups stayed full. Speaking of full, we skipped lunch after such a hearty meal.
On par with other Bob Evans. Excellent filtered WiFi. Staff friendly and cordial. Coffee $2.79. If you miss the restaurant traveling south prepare to drive a total of 2 miles out of your way to get back. No crepes. No bake potato. No mush. ( the excuse must be COVID, Ha Ha) Also, the griddle might have been a little to hot today but it is better than raw.
That waitress was as friendly as you could hope for and as always, the food was great. Great portions, I couldn't finish mine.
Usually I'm very happy with their food and service, but this last visit was disappointing. Maybe it was because We ordered breakfast at noon. My ham was dried to the point of being jerky, My wife ordered home fries, but got hashbrowns. I was also missing a biscuit and had to wait 10 minutes while they made more. There were a few other things, but you get the idea.

The establishment was busy but super clean and the waitress was very attentive to us. Delicious food! I had a lovely experience here and we will be back!
